    And this children, is how you should love animals. In live and in roast. There is nothing wrong with that. People need to eat meat. And if you respect animals in live, there is nothing wrong with eating them.

    Once again, a mind blowing cook. I agree with Otto (see below), butter the bread for next level flavor. And, the Cuban sandwich should have yellow mustard.
    The sandwich you made is a Miami style Cuban. The true style is the Tampa Cuban, so maybe take off the pulled pork and add salami.

    NICE! ,,,, I like this. The loin is usually dry so this makes perfect sense. Not that I can't cook one with some moisture, but it isn't like it is dripping with rendered fat and fat juicy. So, adding the marinade, pulled port etc. adds up to a bright flavorful bite of pork loin. Thanks, sir.

    Wow nice!! I can imagine its strange eating your pet-pig … but that’s why you had them in the first place! (naming them doesn’t make it easier I guess!
    Anyhow: great video! A bit over the top perhaps but great how you take all the Cubano flavors and slide them in … 1 thing you missed at the end … the sandwich 🥪 should be buttered!! Seriously 🧈 buttered while grilling!! That’s really authentic 😊.

    You monster!! Just kidding. Looks well made, sir. M9st people don't think about where their food comes from. Farming your own animals a part of life for many of us. I like smoking my pork roast. Apple wood usually. A 20 pounder takes all night. Cubana roast, sounds catchy. I would never add cheese, to a roasting meat. Unnecessary. Also messy. Looks good though. Not the way I do it. But all good. I pickle, my pickles. I don't roast them. But, I will coat them in flour and fry them. I hate limp pickles.
