Well, thanks to this video and a few others, I pulled the trigger and ordered one. I ordered it Monday night, and it almost immediately shipped from Germany right when I ordered it. It arrived today, Friday, on the west coast USA. I’m shocked at how fast it got here. I’ve been playing it all day and it’s GREAT! Not a scratch on it, shipped in 2 boxes, has a quality backpack bag case, plays great, sounds great, stays in tune, intonation is perfect, even the pickup sounds pretty dang great. It has very responsive tone controls, and an accurate tuner with a pleasant looking display. I paid $111 + $70 shipping. Totally worth it! I’ll probably lower the action slightly eventually, but it’s not necessary out of the box. I’ve been playing this thing all day, and couldn’t be happier with what I got for the price. By the way, I’ve been playing for over 35 years and have 15 or more guitars that range in value from $200 to $4000, so I know a good guitar when I play one. This one is a lot of fun, and not so expensive that I have to worry about it constantly. It’s going to be my grab and go buddy. I’m gonna go grab it now! Cheers!
Great review! I’m looking for a new guitar for my aunt. I bought her a thin body acoustic a while back, and as much as she loved it, it’s still a bit bigger than she needs. She’s been playing every day for a year and has come a long way. I think we found her new/2nd guitar.
You wish Taylor Mini will sound 6 times better. I know because i have both. If i have to chose one,and it happens that i cant take Taylor, trust me i wont be devastated. Maybe because of the price.... This guitar is mind blowing considering a price.
You can peel off the pickguard. Do is carefully and you don't damage the guitar. you can even stick it back afterwards,. Why should you do that? because it's on a very resonant part of the top. I have exactly the same guitar and it sounds much better without the pickguard. You will be amazed.
@@marcelboon6525 Well you can always buy a new pickguard if something goes wrong.I mean its not like its '59 Gibson. Altough, guitar experts say pickguards like this does difference so small you cant even hear it.
@@sotirzvanidjubre4109 In this case it really makes a difference, because the way this guitar is made it is positioned on a very resonant part of the top. Without the pickguard the guitar sounds better. More volume and more body. It's pretty easy to hear the difference. You can also hear how resonant that part is without removing the pickguard. Just tick on the top on the other side of the strings where the pickguard is below the strings. Now tick on the pickguard. Hear that difference.
What strings have you been using? Did changing from the HB strings make a big difference or should I just use the ones that came on it? Has anyone tried 13s according to Harley Benton you shouldn't put 13s on it?
Hi, great video and inspiring!. What gauge strings would you recommend on this guitar? I'm getting one and thinking medium 13-56 for the extra 'oomf' - would they work?
Perfect guitar for street performing. I nean I wiukd not take my expensive instrument to tge street to ger damaged by the weather or by the stupid drunk people who they want they favourite song to ger playes from me.

Hi! Thank for the review. Are the octaves intonated? I recently had major intonation issues with cheap acoustics.
Great review - thank you 😀👍✌️
Just ordered this for my young son as a starter guitar. Figured it might be easier to play than a 3/4 acoustic as the nut width is lower.
Did you do a dedicated review for this with new strings? im curious how it stacks up to the GS Mini
Thanks for the review, will order one. What songs are you picking out in 1:17 and 1:42? They sound amazing!
Nice playing!
Nice, just ordered mine! If it's as good as it seems then it's an absolute bargain in my opinion. Great video 👍

How did you do it? Any tips?
@@sotirzvanidjubre4109 Just carefully peel it off. The glue is soft. You don't have to use a lot of force.
@@sotirzvanidjubre4109 I started with the point.

I have Elixir 10 and that is very good.
Mine has unequal string sound. It’s because of the undersaddle pick up
