You could always do like a hanging jewelry plastic display for coasters and stick the coasters in the clear pockets. Might have to modify pockets a little to make em bigger or make one from scratch, but it would protect your coasters from falling if it gets windy and protect from people touching them a bunch during your markets unless they go to grab one to purchase. . People touch everything. I’m guilty of it at times myself. Just an idea. One you could hang off a wire rack or pegboard.
I'm glad you addressed the door handle! 😂😭 Didn't know if you had a haunted office! And curling of your project can happen when your tension is tight. You should be able to block or steam your project and it will lay flat after that. I still struggle with tight tension, too. Try not to let it bother you. 😊

Hi the reason why your crochet flower coaster may be ruffling is because you have a tight tension so when you have tight tension go up one hook size.!! Try that I hope this helps you.!!💜

Hi! I am crocheting as I watch this! Have you tried blocking it. If you wet it, stretch it should stay flat and stretched. you can also wet it ring it out and cold press it until its dry!

It’s your tension. Pay attention to that and you should be able to make it flat.
Steam the daisy coaster when done and it should flatten
