Get that objection all the time. Clients / potential clients want to know I'll be working on the account for hours per day. Mostly - they're worried that I'm gonna earn too much money out of it!
Do you guys ever go after really specific niches (micro-niches)? So for example, not going after the concrete construction niche. But rather the epoxy concrete floor niche?
Hey Ed, I was thinking of targeting the residential solar panel installation niche. Have you messed around at all with this niche and do you have any thoughts on it?
Great video.. Glad I found your channel.. What do you think of plastic surgeons??.. Too high competition, a lot of work?.. Trying to leverage my many years in the beauty industry, but hair salons don't always hire very effective front desk people. Any input would help.. Getting ready to take your direct mail course.. Thanks so much!
It’s a good niche but it’s a lower converter, a lotta work and harder to get in contact w the the surgeons. I think their are way easier medical niches where you can charge good rates and do a fraction of the backend work and still perform great w solid roi. ENT and podiatry are two examples.
Side note. Don’t sleep on the hair salons. Not too competitive and they’ve got great lifetime values. That could be a sleeper niche for you. ESP if you’ve got lots of niche experience and would be easy for you to get in front of the managers and owners.
Not our fav anymore but it can be very good. So long as client has good ad budget and can sell and cross sell. Completion is steep with the ads as well and the sales environment.
So happy to be working with you...
Thanks Amir 🙏
Likewise!

Yup. We’re paid for experience, expertise and execution. Not clocking hours.

Yes
At starting in the agency, how many accounts you were handling alone?
Where can we find these small market nitches with low comp? You said we can find them in a video or something. Was not too clear

Have you guys done anything for Mortgage companies? If so, do you guys have any intro videos on a campaign build via one of your UA-cam videos? Thanks
Yea. But not our fav niche. No we do not.

Thoughts on the insurance niche?
