Gauss's Law | Hindi

What is Gauss Law? Why is it important? Why it works and its usefulness in making your student life easy.
We find that as per Gauss’s law, Electric flux through a Closed Surface is 1/ε0 times the total charge enclosed within the closed surface.
The law implies that the total electric flux through a closed surface is zero if no charge is enclosed by the surface.
We also see that usefulness of Gauss's Law depends ONLY on you. The TRICK is to find a closed surface for which you can easily solve the integral for flux using symmetry. If you can do that, Gauss's Law can make your life very easy.
We also look at some common symmetries, which can be useful to you: Spherical, Cylindrical and Planar Symmetry.
