I found this song 4yrs ago when I finally accepted my feelings towards the same sex- coincidentally my bestfriend. She's a vibrant person that my introvert ass can't always keep up. Hearing this song again takes me back to when I was totally denying having this kind of feeling towards her but still would go out my way to do things for her (justifying things as, "that's what i do for a bestfriend"). I even remember attending a sports event in a guise of supporting a friend when i just want to accompany her. I've done all sorts of things, that i thought i would never do; write letters, give random gifts and even going out of my way just to see her.
Fortunately, we're on our 6th year of friendship. She's long been aware of my feelings, as i confessed about it and she's cool with it (she's straight y'all). I enjoy being inlove with her but it's time for me to finally move on.
