Fun fact Akuma does have the 2 fireballs and 2 extra supers but they're locked behind a taunt input.
Only way you'll pull that one off in a match tho is if your opponent is AFK...or the other guy wants a challenge.

SiRN Akuma is essentially Shin Akuma. When you do a certain 30 second taunt during the game you can actually make Akuma turn into Shin Akuma. In this form he gains access to his double air fireball and those two new supers.
Except SiRN Akuma still has more health than regular Akuma, even after the taunt
Only exception between Shin and SiRN :
- Level 8 difficulty (meaning AI button reading madness)
- More health
- Filling Super Art gauge overtime when at the offense.
- More damage especially on PC hit.

I found a pretty good method with Guile relying solely on his flash kick. Took a while, but it worked.

You can also use shin akuma moveset just back taunt with him and while you're taunting mash down taunt then he'll pull out a rice ball then when he finishes it then you'll have his moveset.
(Note: It lasts for only one round and you can do it repeatedly)

Bet doto already knows you can play as shin akuma, if only it was practical then a video with it would be insane
So the Akuma supers where Akuma jumps and slams, and the other one where he raises his fist and smashes the ground with an aura, are usable by normal Akuma, however you need to do a 30 second long taunt where Akuma eats a rice ball to gain the ability to use those supers

Shins an actual form you can access via an extended taunt input. He'll take out a riceball and eat it until his super meter full, then he'll go shin.
