- This is a new dolphin educational presentation at Six Flags Discovery Kingdom that started this year, so there's now 2 dolphin shows (this presentation features the girls and the "entertaining" one at Toyota Stadium, or Shouka's old home, called Drench! features the boys). It's a very welcome addition and both populations of dolphins do happen to know behaviors exclusive to each show, so seeing both is great! Highlights coming soon but I love the part with the dolphin toys and seeing Bella show off her signature behaviors!

Do you know what the move the dolphin did at 3:40 was? Was it just a standard jump? It looked like she flicked her head and tail at the end of it and I was wondering if she was supposed to do that or if it was just random.
+daughteroftiaran That was Mattie's popcorn jump. SeaWorld San Diego does something similar with their dolphins in the show too. The criteria for it is just for the dolphins to come straight up and down, so I believe they're free to do whatever pose they want as long as they aren't doing something like squirting or thrashing.
I remember her dolphin trainer Olivia
What are the music to this show
*I didn't even know that six flags had these.*
DOLPHIN LOOK VERY NICE AT SIX FLAGS DISCOVERY KINGDOM !!!!
Did they add a roof to the stadium?
Mabye, it seems really shaded
+ryancarlopot This stadium, Dolphin Harbor, has always been shaded. If you're thinking of Shouka's old home, now called Toyota Stadium, where the other dolphin show is, it has always been in the sun minus a shade structure for the upper half of the stands. This is what the other stadium looks like: ua-cam.com/video/TqdBqQQWlP4/v-deo.html

Thanks for the info!
wow....
Hi
This is an interesting little show. Didn't even know they got rid of the cirque show, but honestly it was probably for the better, it felt cheap and wasn't nearly as good as Blue Horizons which also got the ax this year. Guess people from Cali really don't like these cirque style shows. This seems like a good replacement.
+c0linx I think it really depends on the audience seen at the park. Cirque was a huge hit but it probably cost too much to keep running. I don't know how much people like this show. I do like having two different dolphin shows that both educate and entertain when seen together though.
