- Ingredients:
China grass / agar agar - 10grams
Water - 1 litre
Sugar - 250 grams
Essence - 1 tea spoon
Fruits - assorted
Making process:
Cut the China grass into small pieces and make fine powder using mixer
Then boil water 5 to 7 min and add China grass powder to water and stir continuously.
Cook for 5 to 10 min until china grass melted then add sugar , stir continuously until sugar gets melted then turn off the stove and add essence.
Keep the liquid aside let it warm and cut the fruits into pieces.
Take a cake tray and pour some liquid in the tray then add fruits and then fill the tray with remaining liquid then keep the cake tray in refrigerator for 4 hours.
Take the cake tray out from the refrigerator, take a plate and place it on the top of the cake tray then flip and dab dab then cake will come out from the tray.
Done ! delicious mixed fruit jelly cake ready 😋
