Your garden ornaments are so cheerful.
Those turned out so cute! So colorful and sparkley.
Thanks! Now on to Halloween!
Such lovely colors! These turned out so beautiful.
Thank you!!
These are super!
So pretty!!
Thank you!!
Cute ornaments. I just saw that people are listing felt ornaments & stockings they've made on Etsy at ridiculous prices, anywhere from $150- $200 or more!! Talk about price gouging! I think the most expensive felt kit I've bought was about $30-$40, & that was for the Cookies and Candy Wreath kit a few yrs ago. I know there's time involved in putting them together, but I just don't see how they can ask at least triple what they paid for the kit just to assemble one for someone. Nor do I understand how or why anyone would actually pay that much. Just my opinion, of course, & to each their own, I suppose. I do think most of the kits are really cute though & most look fun to make. I haven't had any time to start mine, but it's waiting on my crafting table for me in the queue of things to be done.
Yeah, I think that's the going rate! I had someone reach out to me and asked if I do commission work ☺️ If I had the time, there's good money in it. Did I tell you I bought the cookies and Candy wreath? So anytime you want to start yours, I'll start mine ☺️
Oh good, glad you were able to get that one. I still have my Nordic Gingerbread House Advent Calendar one waiting in the wings to be started first, because it looks a little easier, not as many pieces. Not sure when I'll actually start any, so don't hold your breath 😅. I've been really into walking again, so that's been taking up some of my crafting time. I figure I better enjoy getting as much walking in while I can still do as much as I want. And it's great for the headspace & lets me enjoy nature. 😊
@@justchellebee2425 it's great that you're walking!!! Healthier than crafting ❤️ My steps always go way down when my crafting goes up 🤣🤣
did you mean to label this video part 1 or part 2? regardless, everything looks great!
LOL, I fixed it! Thank you for letting me know :)
They turned out great but larger than I thought. How are you going to display them?
Probably need to get an extra Xmas tree just to display my mill hill and felt ornaments ☺️
@calico_whimsy I didn't realize you did them for Christmas. I thought they were for Spring/Summer decorating and didn't know if you had a way to put them up this time of year. I'm trying to find a 3 to 4 foot non-Chrismas tree to hang ornaments when it's not Christmas. Mostly mill hills but some others too. I was hoping you had a solution. Back to the drawing board.
Well, in the back of my mind, I have grand ideas for displaying them seasonally, like on my mantle or something....but in reality, that just never happens, lol! If you have any ideas, I'd love to hear them. I like the idea of a year round tree, but i just haven't found one I really like.
@calico_whimsy i found one I liked on Amazon but it went out of stock and hasn't returned. I keep hoping though.
@@e.keesey I'm looking at something similar to this www.etsy.com/listing/847680947/bards-12-arm-gold-or-silver-toned
