Where did you get the oil filter cup that went under it to deflect the oil from dripping it doesn’t show it was it oil kit

It's just a piece of plastic from the trash that was cut to fit. If you've got a plastic bottle (or even the cardboard from the oil change kit) cut it to fit. Anything to help keep the mess off your bike 😊

What would the size for the oilf filter removal tool be? Also the size of the crush washer?

The filter removal tool is a 65mm one and for the washer you want a 2mm thick washer with a 12mm inside diameter and 22mm outside diameter. If you don't wanna have to find it yourself check out our site and get a kit with the oil, filter and washer you need!

Why do you need to warm up the engine before changing the oil? The owners manual doesn't say to do that, so is that something people are just supposed to know? I did my last oil change without warning it and the oil flowed just as fast so I'm wondering is it just bad practice if I don't warm it up?

It warms up the oil a bit so it flows faster. It'll make it easier to get all of the old dirty oil out, and save you a minute or two while waiting for the oil to drip out!

My Honda manual does say to warm it up.
