Star Edwards well, that’s the cool thing, you can use what you have. I would try the construction paper. Then you can decorate it however you want. Copy paper may be a bit thin. Let me know if you have any other questions. XOXO 💕

I recently received a large junk mail envelope that holds an 8 1/2x11 letter. I am trying to find ideas for how I can use it. I’m working on this upcycled journal little by little. I’m really loving how it’s coming out. I am making it a travel journal for some friends who just left on a trip and I hope to have it ready for them when they return. Yours is so beautiful! How did you glue the paper in the envelope on the first page without messing it up?
I measured it first and then put the glue in the closest part of the opening of the envelope only and slid the paper in.
Would love to know where you got your 1 inch round punch? I can't find that size anywhere!
Oh my! I’ve had it so long - it was likely Hobby Lobby way back when. But I believe I’ve seen them on Amazon.
