However, some of you are asking about How To Use the Travel Voucher. So, I came up with this idea to use this portal so that you can email the airline about your concerns. I'm not saying that this will definitely work, but if you run out of options then you can try this one.

Update: The process in the video is also for those who want to Convert their ticket to Travel Voucher. However, marami sa inyo ang nagtatanong PAANO GAMITIN ANG TRAVEL VOUCHER. Yung iba walang telephone to contact PAL directly at di din nila alam anong email ni PAL. Kaya naman I came up with thie idea na gamitin itong option na ito para sa request ninyo. Sa " input remarks section" pwede nating ilagay dun na "Hi PAL gusto ko sana gamitin ang travel voucher. Pls assist me". Ganun once na ma acknowledge na nila ang request mo after you click submit. Merong agent na mag assist sayo hindi naman agad2 need mo lang maghintay ng ilang hours. Ang importante lang naman is nakapag email tayo sa kanila. Kung itong process na ito mag work sayo din mas better if hindi call PAL @ 088-864-8788 kung wala talagang ibang options go to PAL ticketing office.
Hey guys! Update: As of Jul 23, 2021, 11:50 AM. I received a second email from PAL and I was asked to provide accurate information such as the 13-digit ticket/travel voucher number and name/s of the passenger/s. Be sure to provide accurate details so that they can process your request smoothly. That's all. :)

Ilang araw po bago ka po naka tanggap ng second email galing sa Pal po??
Ako po kasi pang 5days na simula po nung 1st email nila sakin till now waiting po ako sa second email nila.

Hello Maam. Sabi sa kanilang terms and conditions- If you are affected by involuntary change your travel voucher is refundable. For voluntary changes naman the refundability of your travel voucher will be subject to the fare rules and conditions of your converted ticket.

it depends talaga yun sa processing ni airline or sa dami ng inasikaso nilang request.
kailangan po ba naka order kana ng ticket bago mo maprocess yung paggamit ng voucher?.. babayaran po ba muna yung ticket bago nila bawasan thru voucher?
hindi po tawagan mo sila kung gusto muna magpa book at yung bayad ay sabihin mo gagamitin mo yung travel voucher para makaltas nila

Sadly nakailang e-mail nako sa PAL hanggang ngayon wala pa ding update at nag-expire na yong travel voucher ko nong Sept. Sad kasi hindi convenient ang PAL, at PH airline naman sana "daw" and yet mas gusto ko pa CEBUPAC at AirAsia. Very disappointed in PAL
Totoo yan. Laking sisi ko nga sana nag refund na lang ako sa una pa lang. Pero non refundable na daw kung one year ang nakalipas.

Hello Rash! Gustohin ko mang gumawa ng tutorial wala po talagang "use travel voucher" option pagdating sa payment section kung mag book ka ulit. Sa ngayon para magamit mo ang travel voucher ay kailangan pa tawagan si PAL or mag request thru mypal request hub or pumunta sa ticketing office.

How to extend the ticket voucher maam?
1 year validity nang travel voucher maam and walang options na pwede siya ma extend. Si PAL lang po pwede mag inform na ma extend yung validity.
posible p kaya ma refund ticket ko tinamad n kasi ako umuwe gawa ng ECQ true pal poh flight ko..
Hello khimmy! If na cancel ni airline you have the option to refund. If refundable ma refund naman pero kailangan mo mag hintay ng 7months or more. Mas maganda kung e travel voucher mo nalang para anytime pwede mo magamit.

Nasa video tutorial maam kung paano. Option lamang po yan kung gusto mo mabilis punta ka po sa PAL ticketing office or tumawag sa hotline nila.
I think po yung sa video is kung paano e convert yung unused ticket to travel voucher. Not how to use the travel voucher. There is no way unless itatawag mo sa PAL hotline🙂

@@annabuhnana1111 again as Ive said in the video wala pong use travel voucher sa payment option kapag nag book ka sa PAL website. Yung sa video naman tinuro ko kung paano e reach out ang PAL thru email para sa mga walang telephone. Yung process po talaga na nasa video is para sa pag convert ng travel voucher pero pagdating dun sa remarks you can input anything you want to request or ask. Kung mag work naman sayo ang process na ito mas betterr if not call PAL hotline nalang @ 088-864-8788
