Can someone on plan N flip flop to plan G without medical underwriting - or some kind of penalty?
Not typically, but It depends on the state where you live. Some states have rules that allow those changes for specific times in the year. Too much criteria to list here, so it's best to give us a call and we'll be glad to help you.
Can I refill for the Medicare Savings Program in December rather than waiting until January as I am referred as QI at this time and Medicare pays for my Part B (which is my medication) portion of my medical plan.

Glad you liked the video. The Medicare Savings program should automatically renew for you each year. The state will mail you a letter if anything changes with your benefit.
