As someone who actively bets (VERY SMALL AMOUNTS FOR FUN) I’ve had 3 games this year alone that have been .5 off from an over. So y’all are onto something for sure. It’s so funny though because my husband is a Chiefs fan and he kept talking about how “yep that’s how the Chiefs capitalize and win” “Ok buddy, whatever you say…”
Chiefs -8.5 means they were expected to win by 9 points or more. By only winning by 3 that means they lost against the spread and anyone who bet the jets got paid out.
So interesting factoid. I went looking into it. And apparently in 2020, Mike Tomlin did not hire Matt canada. Art Rooney went over his head and hired him I'm starting to wonder if that might be why he hasn't been replaced. Because you can't tell a billionaire that the person they decided was right, was wrong. Well you can, but then you're unemployed. Also I do want to put it out. Dino Tomlin got 15 division 1 full ride scholarship offers. He didn't go to Maryland in exchange for Matt Canada getting a job. That is so annoying to keep reading every now and then
Every single week a different player, coach, commentator, analyst, etc. looks at a camera and goes, "the Steelers' offense is predictable. We can tell specifically what play is happening, here are 10 examples." Yet SOMEHOW Canada still has a job.
I like the Chiefs, and I’ve got family in Kansas City, but I completely agree that bad ref calls are bad ref calls, and I want them to win with more dignity than this.
1:46:35 to skip the conspiratorial Chiefs bullshit. No, they didnt mention the Jets 9 point swing from a false safety and phantom horsecollar that extended a scoring drive. Love the show, see you next week!
Does anyone know if there's a podcast app crendor uploads this to on the day he posts it to UA-cam? Last week's episode didn't show up on my phone until 3 days ago. I'm subbed on the Patreon but the episodes on there are locked to the $25 tier which is more than I can justify just to be able to listen to the pod before Sunday reliably. I'm on Android if that matters.
I can't believe someone said the lions are the 3rd best team in the NFC and no one even made an attempt to argue that the cowboys might be better, this hating on a Stephen A Smith level lol
None of you guys are bears fans so don't know all the facts. The year lovie was fired the bears started off the season 7-1 and finished 10-6 to miss the playoffs. At that point they hadn't been to the playoffs in 2 seasons with a team that was in the NFC championship game 2 years prior. The defense was getting old and the Tampa 2 which you guys make fun of on a regular basis wasn't as effective. They tried to move to an offensive minded coach. So I and most bears fans who lived through it thought that it was time for lovie to go. Now their process on interviewing and hiring coaches and front office personnel is a whole other ball of wax. It's legit a clownshow, but that doesn't mean that the decision to move on from lovie was a bad one.
Chiefs fans you can skip this one they just dive head first into conspiracy theories and dont talk about any of the other horrid calls in that game on both teams. Refs always suck, it just gets noticed on the teams everyone loves to hate.
They talk about 32 teams across 30 games (2 byes next week) over 2 hours, and you suggest skipping it because for 5 minutes they discussed your team winning in a way that offended you somehow, so you think people should skip the entire video? I'd call you a snowflake but I think you already melted.
@@TheDrewjustforyouThey actually talked about the Chiefs for 25 minutes lol. Saying that the game was rigged for the betting money while the Jets covered the spread.
I cant believe they trained a Dying crow to sing his swan song for the intro... so majestic
Been following the podcast for years, glad to see the production on the intro has never been compromised. Truly majestic.
The ravens was the only team to score a touchdown in thier conference
I swear, it's amazing how it's always a different kind of weird with the intro
Been waiting all day for this to get posted. Stay blessed you beautiful bastards
Oh thank God it's here
58:46 Sweeney Todd begs to differ on pastries? Dude was a barber, and she made meat pies. I love this podcast. 😂😂😂
“Chiefs -8.5” means the Chiefs win by at least 9 points
Refs missed a few things against the jets as well. Eg phantom horse collar.
But yeah that was a hold on the offense

Rob I just want you to believe in my lions 🙏
2 and a half hours of pain, strap in boyos
Broncos Bears was not a game where the Broncos won, it was a game the Bears lost. One of those.
Miami had Eli Apple covering Keenan Allen and had Kader Kohou a rookie might I add guarding Stephon Diggs so it was always a recipe for disaster

Timestamps are needed for these so badly...

Podcast feeds are usually delayed, unfortunately
