Because Jeannie wants to act more like a "typical American woman" in order to please "Master", she reads a magazine article outlining what a "typical American woman" should do, and how to act. One of the "lessons" involved having Tony take her out to dinner (instead of her "blinking" up a sumptous meal at home, as she usually does). Unfortunately, she still has a jealous streak towards anyone that might draw "Master's" attention away from her--- including the "harem" {belly} dancer performing in the restaurant (back then, you couldn't use the term "belly dancer" in prime-time, because TV networks deemed that "inappropriate" for a family audience, as were exposed feminine navels).
Tania Lemani {"Sadelia"} danced her way through several TV series in the 1960's and '70s, including "THE MAN FROM U.N.C.L.E.", "BURKE'S LAW", "GET SMART" and "STAR TREK". Because she was an excellent dancer, she let her body do most of her acting. 😉
