I liked the gingerbread houses and the ornament lights the best!
For a quick way to remove that ornament top or to create an opening on many different types of materials.... use your glue gun without expressing the glue... get it hot, press it on and move it around to melt it down or off. It's a great way to create a hole in an item you need an opening in, and you just keep melting away with the hot tip of glue gun until the desired opening or melt down.
Love the DYI's.
I also made a lot of sweatshirts using the puffy paints! What fun that use to be when I was younger!

Hi Liz- I loved all the diys in this video, but my fave is the gingerbread houses. I’ve been following and watching you for a few years now- you are my favorite “diy-er”. I stopped doing all crafting for about a year because of some physical limitation issues I have developed among other “life issues”, but I have decided to start crafting again after watching your video today. I wish you all the best and thank you for sharing your talent and ideas. I’m sure that I’m older than you are, but I do remember using puff paint on sweatshirts when i was a teenager and giving them as Christmas gifts. 😊 Have a wonderful day!

Everything is coming out sooo beautiful! I can't believe they gad those beautiful white stockings at DT!! 😱😱😱 I just saw those labterns. They only had red and green, though. I wasn't thrilled with them in that color! I love what you did with the darker red ribbon, though! Sooo gorgeous! ( : smart hack on the gold bag tree! ( : geesh, they were all great. I eant to do the cone tree and the lanterns, i think. I don't have a DT plus yet in my area. ) :

Oh thank you for these ideas Liz!! Perfect timing ❤ I have an 18month old and an 11year old, so I want to make it festive for them this year that's why I'm going for the gingerbread theme too. I loooove the gingerbread house (#1) and the gingerbread faux cookie snowflake (#7)!!! These are brilliant ideas ❤❤❤ will definitely recreate those. I just bought puff paints too a couple of weeks ago and snagged some paper mache houses at HL because I was also going to create faux gingerbread houses with those items 😊 I also love #9 they look so pretty hanging by the window!

For the snowman DIY, I would've cut the small ornament instead of the large and fit the small over the large ornament. Having gravity aiding helps.

I never usually pay attention to what's "on trend" I generally don't care but it just so happens I am all about Gingerbread houses this year as well as everyone else apparently 😂❤ My kids are finally old enough to be able to bake and decorate them so I'm really excited. I used Gingerbread theme years ago. Got rid of most of my decor. 😫 Of course, it’s back. Love it but we downsized so don’t have room for it. Love your first gingerbread houses you did. Word of the day is Christmas Decor.
