I don’t. Alll you would need is a frequency shifter plugin and eq. Do parallel signals where you have the sub seperate and not being shifted, while your mids are the ones that get affected by the shifting

I can’t speak for FL. But if you have any 3rd party shifter or even a native one, where you can adjust fine pitch and dry/wet. Then you should be able to achieve the effect
