Introduction : Fringed hibiscus is one type of hibiscus plant of tropical and sub-tropical climate native to east African countries like Kenya,Tanzania etc.
It is also called spider hibiscus or Japanese lantern or skeleton hibiscus.It has bright red or streaked red and pink flower.

Pruning : Do not prune small plants for better flowering.Prune it after 3-4 years.

Propagating fringed hibiscus :
We can propagate it from cuttings easily.
Take 5-6 inch sized cuttings,rooting hormone powder,river sand,normal garden soil,3-4 inch sizes pots or others.
