This was refreshing to hear, and hilarious. And I was reminded why Whitney is one of my favorite comedians. But I think with certain words about human anatomy have a sense of shame attached to them often stems from the overly taboo outlook that sex and reproduction often had in a western judeo-Christian society, and that combined with how the slang words for parts of anatomy were often used as insults; hence those were viewed as something not to say, and thus it was all linked together.
