I thought it was pretty cool to find out that your controlling a F/E pre-amp with a DAC for fine tuning -- Also, really interesting how you're stepping the attenuation with such granulation. I learned something about the MESFET, never seen that!!

Great video. How do the resistors and capacitors create the divider? Are the resistors used as a voltage divider then?

Good question! Since it's a captive fab and a custom chip, the detailed specs are proprietary. But, it's fast!
