14 is a completely different game. litterally. they burned the original game to the ground both figuratively and literally, and rebuilt it from the ground up. its easily one of the best mmo's on the market right now and a none to shabby final fantasy game too
Can't blame some people, FF15 was kinda bad at the time of its initial release. The FPS was kinda unstable, the story was kinda unfinished and lacks a lot of things.
it is indeed a very freaking good game - a epic story, godly music and the bros are some of the best charas in gaming. FF15 is extremely enjoyable with over 300+ hrs worth of content ! ... yeah it maybe is no "nearly flawless masterpiece" that a Final Fantasy should be but Square enix was testing on some new ground with that title, ... for the first time a totaly new development team was in charge for a single player mainline title - how far could they go with dlcs and patches etc a whole new business structure (that didn't sit well with the fans and Square enix knows that now !) it feels like as if is cool to hate on Final Fantasy for the most people since FF13 without even having played a title ...×_× Like just get the FF15 Royal Editions with all the patches and dlcs and enjoy a epic adventure that had a massive influence on this generation of gamers like every FF has^^♡
NGL this is the game that i first ever completed by myself, first game that i never even watched a tutorial on, first game i got stuck on a dungeon that took me 3 days to complete, the first game i cried over from the story (especially Lunas death and episode Prompto) and hell i swear i spent so much money on the goddamn DLC. i was also committed to watching the movie and anime and i never felt bored. i'm pretty sure i played the game all the way through 3 times, and never get bored. this was the one game that got me fully into gaming and goddamn the first time it took me so long lmao then again, the only boring thing about this for me was the side quests. i've tried to do them, the only one i really did was the chocobo one lmao i love FFXV and will always love it. Also i played it on the Xbox with a broken controller, thats how committed i was XD
Hey man do you manage to play de 7 remake? Wich one do you think is better? I m trying to give the chance to a jrpg but I want something modern and I don't know if take tal of arise, FFXIV or maybe ffvii remake so what do you think?
XV was a life-changing game for me. It’s nice that it can appeal to casuals and those who enjoy challenges (I did a level 1 run and a 1st person only run ☺️). I’m really glad you’re also someone who felt positively coming out of this game. I have to add though that Luna feels absolutely beautifully developed to me, even without Dawn of the Future. If someone measures a character’s importance on screen-time, then that’s fine. I just don’t see it that way. A person who was carrying a heavy burden and sense of duty at a young age meets a boy who still sees the world with awe. This inspires her to have hope and patience her entire life. She writes to the same boy she’s loyal to for over a decade. She’s the least critical of him out of everyone he loves. And if she can be unflinching in front of Leviathan, that warrants plenty of credit. Maybe I’m too empathetic, but I’ll always adore Luna as my favorite Final Fantasy girl. She deserved so much better and I’ll look forward to the Dawn book! ❤️
Ffxv is my favourite solo game. I love the story so much, god damn, that campfire scene makes me cry every time i see it. The music is truly amazing, it's my third favourite soundtrack of all the games I've played. This is the only FF game I've played and it makes me want to play the others. But probably just watch since I don't like turn based combat
The game was great. My Dad died suddenly a couple months ago, and i just beat ff15 recently. I think it really hit the nail on the head when it comes to feelings of losing your dad, leaning on friends for moral support after, and keeping on with important family duties following the death of a loved one. This game really resonated with me and im really glad other people enjoyed it as much as i did.
Tbh I haven't played FFXV in 3 years, but I started playing it again yesterday and boy I missed it a lot. I'm still on vanilla version and gonna update the game to the 1.29 version, that probably will add more life to game and I will put in hundreds of hours into it.
I believe the Google Stadia version of Royal edition does come with Episode Ardyn. Though who the hell is gonna buy a Stadia? XD Apologies if I got that wrong by the way, Square Enix information is often not concrete and I had heard conflicting rumors about making a new version with Episode Ardyn so who knows lol
Defended it better than I did lol. I love this game so much. For me the bromance is the major thing that pulls me into this game. I also could fish and explore dungeons for hours. I never cared about the main story from the start I would always skip it. ( of course I didn't skip the epic bromance moments ♡ I cared deeply about their struggles esspecially Noctis's and Prompto's) I actually miss playing it now. I probably should revisit it today.
Who wants a complete game at release anyway, amirite? By the time I played it it was a boring grind of a game with anaemic fetch quests and product placement where underdeveloped characters follow a dumpster fire of a plot to nonsense their way through a pretty to look at climax while many villains die off screen. This is not how FF got big. Hope the changes made it a more coherent experience. I'm willing to try it again. But I said it once and I'll say it again: cutting the story into pieces only to resell it to us us beyond shameless. Also, what's up with wanting a happy ending for everything? Would Romeo and Juliet be better if it had a happy ending (I feel bad even comparing these stories). Where is the suspense when I know everything will end in a fairy tale ending anyway. That's like wanting Aerith to be a live again levels of ignorant.
It’s really not hard to defend this game, once you get over how long this game took and stop seeing it in a critiquing light then most will see that it’s still a great game and at the center is the theme of the game, four best friends on a road trip. And I think that’s where most of everyone love about this game the brotherhood between Noctis, Ignis, Gladio and Prompto. CID said it the best “those ain’t you’re body guards, they’re you’re brothers.” At least that’s why I personally love it that is. And also I love how no matter universe, (even if their relationship isn’t really developed) Luna and Noct will always get married in the end 💕
Another reason I hated 15, Luna and Noctis have to be the most poorly written couple in the ff series. Yes they had to get married but there was never anything outside that building their relationship outside writing stupid notes in a book to one another where you don't even get to see the what they're writing. Then Luna gets killed by Ardyn and they had the audacity to copy Areith's death in ff7 thinking it would be as impactful as hers when Luna is rarely seen and never met by the party in game till chapter 9.
@@wiseguy240Winston I do 100% agree that Luna had the worst development of any female love interest in a Final Fantasy game. I don't think they were copying Aerith death all the way (as shocking deaths in Final Fantasy has become a recent trope lately like Serah in 13, Tidus in 10 and technically 14), but remember that Nomura wanted Verses 13 to be his version of Romeo and Juliet so it's possible that Square kept that romantic tragedy with Luna. Yet Luna was the biggest hitter of all the rushing they had to do for the game as in the game files, it shows that Luna was supposed to be a LOT more involved (even having fighting animations, cut written dialog, title boxes and more) but the team behind 15 was struggling so hard that someone had to hit the chopping block and that was unfortunately Luna. I can get that maybe 15 was trying to compensate by wording their relationship like it was a long distance one which would make it more heartbreaking that a long distance relationship ended in tragedy but they don't really do that properly. Kingsglaive was also made to try and develop Luna further but the problem is that they focused too much on Luna's relationship with Nyx instead of Noctis that you end up thinking that she loves him way more than Noctis. And the DLC was supposed to majorly fix Luna as a character and her relationship with Noctis, apparently showing scenes of her having a lot chemistry with Noctis (possible romantic banter in Noctis' DLC) thus making the end more satisfying but as it stands, current Luna is a sad story of what happens when a company is fed up with one creator and takes it out on a project.
@@wiseguy240Winston Square has a problem of spreading themselves too thin and working on too many projects at once for the team they have. At the time of 15's development they worked on Type-0, every Kingdom hearts game after 2, Dragon Quest, Tomb Raider remake, helping Life Is Strange, Nier: Automata, developing/updating their game engines AND helping other companies on their games. Since 15's release and FF7's Remake in development, Square Enix has had a massive restructuring of business model. They've had their employees focus on their highest priority projects like FF7, Final Fantasy 16 and Kingdom Hearts instead of random little passion projects that aren't going anywhere (like Type-0 and Verses 13)
I only got into ff7 recently and didn't really pay attention to other ff games. Though, recently I took one look at the (ff15)game and I just wanted to get it. I got a fresh vibe of it and something about it seemed relatable. I don't know too much about the ff franchise, but I'm willing to get into it.
haha, you are funy, love the video. I'm just downloading FFXV now and will let you know did I enjoy it ;) thanks very much for sharing your opinion on it ;)
I enjoyed the video and your take! I've always understood the fact that Final Fantasy continues to experiment and come out with different kinds of experiences for gamers. I only wish they would make a few more games like FF9, in the way that FF9 looked back and perfected many of the elements from previous games. Square could release a few innovative, ground breaking games, then do a "recap" game to sum up the series best elements.
i did all dlcs but missed out on dungeons and giant enemies, not a completionist or hardcore gamer, i finished ff7 remake a few days ago and ordered this game again cause now i miss this game, can barely wait, so much to explore fight and learn, i was not aware of even abilities like blink
you forgot to mention the Comrades dlc. it has you playing your personally created charecter during the future trying to defeat the darkness and restore power and light to the land, your character appears in the final chapter of the main game and has a mission with noctus and gang, and they even appear in the dlc for a couple missions.
Sorry about that! I don't have comrades as I own the PS4 version of the game and I don't want to pay Playstation Plus as I don't play any multi-player games sooo xD
@@WeebaLu it is on the ps4. if you have the royal edition it is on the main menu, but i think they later made it a stand alone install. also it is just a normal single player game with multiplayer as an optional extra so no ps+ needed.
You should really do reviews on superhero cartoon snacks from the 90s and early 2000’s like spectacular Spiderman, Captain Planet, Danny Phantom, Ben 10,Avenger Earth Mightiest Heroes,Spawn the animated series, X-men The animated series,Spider-Man The animated series,Freakaziod(Dexter Douglas),Young Justice,Batman the animated series, superman the animated series, justice league and justice league Unlimited!
I'm not particularly a fan of superheros. I love Batman, and DC in general over Marvel, but I'm not a fan enough to review and talk about a bunch of superheros. Maybe I'd review that Batman anime or the Marvel one where the kids turn into the heroes but other than that, I'm not really interested in talking about superheroes all that much.
Thanks for making me not feel like I'm the only one who likes this game, one of the major reason why I haven't beaten it is because I feel like I shouldn't be having as much fun with it since it's been branded as a "bad game", while the story is kind of "Oof", I think game really shines through with it's characters, mainly the chocobros of course, no matter if I'm on a main quest or just another diner fetch quest I'm always excited and ready for whatever witty, cute, funny banter that comes from the chocobros, you don't know how times I was literally cussing out an enemy while fighting them just because they cut off one of boys mid sentence to the start of really interesting conversation..ugh I just love the Bros so much....but final fantasy pretty boy fan girling aside I think your defence of FF15 was pretty good, it kind makes me want to play the game again, this time with no shame 😊
Ash Henry i don’t think anybody writing this game as a bad game, that just the hardcore fans who are just doesn’t accept anything but the reviews are pretty good
I haven't played Sword/Shield yet but I will say that I don't think it's worth the $60 price point. I'll buy the game when the price drops, but right now the quality of the game is not worthy of the price point. That said, I do like what Sword and Shield does and I'm the only one not mad about the Dex cut lol Mostly because as a kid I never played Pokemon with other kids so it's not like I could get every Pokemon I want anyway As long as I get Vulpix (which is my favorite Pokemon lol) then I'm not mad xD
FfXV is a magnificent game 😊 new to the Final Fantasy franchise and I've never experienced anything like it. Instantly bought FF7/FF7Remake/FF10/FF8. This franchise is a super unique corner of the video games industry and now have an adoration of it.
I started playing Final Fantasy XV recently, and I’m currently at chapter 10. The story isn’t perfect, but the gameplay and heart that comes with the Chocobros makes up for it in my eyes.
I’m not a big FF fan but I’m quite enjoying the royal edition right now. Fantasy is my thing overall and this game is beautiful visually with substantial depth throughout its many systems.
Cool channel.... FFXV is on Microsoft Store for free on PC, downloading it at the moment and trying to get myself enthused. Nice discovery finding your channel 👍
Ffxv is my first final fantasy and my first Japanese role playing game, it have a special place on my heart, i don’t care if the story is incomplete i just love it i mean yeah it bother me but idc i love the game so much!!! Because at least it understandable i can understand it and i understand the characters, not like the god awful 13 who have no rights to exist, the people who don’t like ff15 are just salty that’s all
The magic system’s best use is to max your level by putting rare coins in it to get 30,000 exp per cast ah yes let’s be twice the level of each enemy I face when I meet them in the story. Yeah it’s crappy and overpowered at the same time.
Some false information (or rather poor summary to make a point) The Fabula Nova Crystallis was an idea of similar mythos of lcie and falcie with Etros (goddess of death) at the center of this mythos. Each game like Type-0 (agito 13) and 15 (Versus 13) were going to interpret that mythos in their own way but not be a shared universe. Kind of like how all of the Cloverfield movies was an idea house, but not necessarily a shared universe. So we do know what the story was going to be for the most part and it was expanded. We didn't know it was going to play out but the themes of romance, and themes of estranged father/son relationship were going to be present. And although Nomira had admitted to having lots of ideas, a lot of people love to take certain quotes out of context. Yes, at one point Nomura wanted to make a musical-esque game similar to Les Miserables (which isn't that bad of an idea if Les Miserables is the inspiration for a game based on Shakespeare stories) The biggest problem with Versus 13 is why it even exists in the first place. The reason it was created was because it was Nomura's dream project to make the final fantasy game that he wanted because it didn't exist at the time. The reason why he was removed was more about him trying to manage too many projects. Kingdom Hearts 3 was in development and so was FF7 Remake at the time. The reason why people can't defend 15, is because the changes that have been confirmed are for the worse. Hajime Tabata made changes not to make a better story but simply out of technical issues. Also because Nomura was told the number change wasn't going to change the outcome of the game. But it did. We know that Nomura vision involved death worship and it was going to be a trilogy. Hajime tabata strung up a movie to replace the technical challenging moments in the story and also an anime series to cut development time on the game. But that's what makes the series worst. Because the movie was made, that means that Noctis doesn't experience the tragedy of his home being destroyed for himself. Nor does he get an interaction with Stella. To make the movie, changes in character designs had to be made. Specifically the key visuals of Noctis father and his kingdom run like a mafia/yakuza style. Now his father looks generic and less imposing. And stella....we knew at the tail end of Development that Nomura wanted her to be a friend more than a love interest and that she was dead and that Noctis forgot about her. What we saw were visions and not the real person. Because of strict laws against death worship, the themes of death had to be reduced, which is fine. But Lunafreya relationship and Noctis is the most bland writing in all of Final Fantasy. In principle people SHOULDNT defend FF15 unless you defend the idea of someone's dream project being taken away and then modified just to release as quickly as possible.
I LOVE FFXV!! A fantastic game. My second favorite in the series. Yes it’s a bummer they cancelled the remaining three DLC’s, but I’m glad with the base game and all the DLC’s we did receive:) love this game so much!
I also like Final Fantasy XV. I think it is a fun game. And yeah it defiantly has flaws. Me personally I think the worst Final Fantasy game(At least what I have played) Is Final Fantasy II for the NES. I do like the story of this game. I think it has an interesting theme of Destiny and gods. I feel like this game is trying to tell me that Gods can be very cruel and unfair and that you're just a puny mortal and you have no choice but to obey them. I think that gods are strong and powerful while humans like Ardyn is just weak and fragile. The strong lives while the weak dies. Humans only exist to benefit Bahamut. At least thats what I think this game was trying to tell me
Thank you for making a positive video, that's exactly what I needed to watch today. This game is so criticized and I think people are too harsh, it isn't the best game ever but it's fun! And a game should be fun to play and that's it.
Yeah I hope one day that they revive the dawn of the future dlc for season 2 like that would’ve been so badass and probably would’ve improved the game much more
I had only ever played two FF games. FF3 and FF X-2. X-2 put me off for what I thought would be forever. Despite my immense trepidation, I tried FF XV after I kept hearing my friends keep raving about it. I have to say after playing it that l I absolutely love this game!!! It is a blast to play. It's fun. The story has some problems, but it is so, so fun to play.
The thing that’s always baffled me is the people who I’ve heard say “the end of 15 is so linear” that are like “it could have been better as a 13 spinoff” like 13 isn’t the most linear game known to man
As much as I wish 15 got a finished story, and as much as I like what the Novel adds as an ending. I'm kinda glad we didn't get it as dlc. I mean, it feels nice that the game didn't end with killing a God yet again. But rather ended with this Matrix Revolutions style Neo vs Smith style fight between 2 very powerful men. Its refreshing and feels like a proper cap to the story. Whereas the book/canceled dlc feels like it would've been too much. I also don't like how the book basically says Noctis dying at the actual end of 15 is what dooms the world. It feels like a spit in the face of the beautiful story that was FF15. So yea, while the concepts sound cool at first, when you think about em deeper, they would've ruined the story that we did get. None of those canceled dlc's expanded the story where it needed it.
It's Square's Magnum Opus. It's story was too great for what both the game, console, and company were able to and prepared to handle. My main theory on why people don't like this masterpiece is because it's different. This is a tale of brotherhood, but it's also YOUR story just as much as it is the characters. It's not like the other games, because this is more of a film and an actual expansive narrative that someone poured their heart into and I respect that. It's not about fantasy, but rather the morals and mentality of realism and our reality. Stand by Me, both the film and the song, have heavy and significant meanings. This games story is a fantasy that we can conceive when young, a fantasy where we imagine magic, monsters, heroes and villains, not so much an anime like other Final Fantasy games. This is a masterpiece. This is a story that reflects our innocence and how we develop and grow alongside our friends. It shows how we act like idiots and end up having to grow faster as we get older, how we have to mature. It shows us how even though we may become seperate from our relationships at times, if we care for each other then we will always be able to stand by our loved one's sides. We are the boys, and if we hate their growth and their story, we hate growing up and can't accept that.
As a guy who has been playing Final Fantasy ever since Final Fantasy 10, I LOVE Final Fantasy 15, as well as Final Fantasy 7 Remake! They are both some of the best Final Fantasy games that I have ever played along with Final Fantasy 10. 😎
FF7 remake : you can explore midgar 40 hours+ FFXV : you can't enter insonmia until the end of the game The story of FFXV was great, that above is only what dissapoint me I dunno how part 2 FF7 remake will be. It should be as vast as FFXV
I can understand loving the brand and legacy of FF, but XV’s flaws are beyond its missing features and plot-hole riddle narrative. It was shipping incomplete, hollow promises and the a purposely design, nickel-and-dime conclusion that really turn me off about this entry. Really hope FF7 remake doesn’t go down the surprise mechanics road.
But it's not surprise mechanics, theres no loot box it's just a dlc wall, which isnt good by the way but it's not a watchdogs thing and they tricked folks they just made a bad choice and ended up changing the game from good to 15 which isnt bad just not perfect.
i first HATED type-0 ... i just couldn't get myself to play it but afer a while i started to love this game so much and i losz myself in it >~< -the soundtrack is so unique and epic ♡ -the characters (while many of 'em are boring and totaly anime) are still pretty great and enjoyable for the most part - fighting is like the best a action rpg had ever been gameplay wise 😍 and the story is just EPIC especially on your second ng+ playtrough 😭😢😍♥️
FFXV is the equivalent of that sweet dish Noctis once tried, but it's been baked while Ignis was wasted, and it's been smashed onto the floor into dozens of pieces, and you have to scramble all the pieces into your mouth in the correct order to appreciate what is left. What is the theme? There are more themes in this than there are finger on my hand. At no point does the game seem to be consistent with what it wants to be. Dystopian Political Sci-fi, check. Road-trip-style-indie-film, check. Recreations of western and eastern religious myths, Romeo and Juliet, Subversion from foreign nations, class war, responsibility and the corrupting nature of ultimate power, "why does my dad have to die", and of course Pronto ate all the burgers. I would love for them to do a total remake of this story. It's clear they wasted a lot of time in development, and made bad decisions to spread the story out through separate marketing material, some of which aimed entirely at a Japanese audience. Imagine what they could do with modern tech, experience and a better plan.
FF15 is a masterpiece. I love everything about it and have played it at least 6 times. The ending was perfect. Seeing him and Luna together at the end is just wonderful. First time a game made me feel anything in the past 10 years. And then I played Persona 5 Strikers... same feels
People hate the game because they were told to hate it. If an American studio made this game with European main characters it would have done better. Reviews telling people that the game is a masterpiece would change the way people see it while they play. People are sheep...imo
This game belongs in the same trash can as the 13 trilogy. It’s only somewhat better than those trainwrecks were. The combat alone is a complete joke in this game. No real strategy required. If that’s your thing, XV is for you. So glad Square Enix has abandoned this game. They botched it beyond repair when they decided to rip important plot points and character development/motivations out of the game to resell them later for easy money. The damage was done when they released a skeleton of a game on release and it hasn’t improved much with the Royal Edition. XVI is looking like it’ll be a winner unlike the XIII trilogy and XV. The fact a separate novel is required to get the cancelled DLCs that were meant to finish the story of this game is an insult. They already sucked enough money from the fan base’s wallets for this turkey. Money they could’ve used to buy a better game.
@@jayDee92133 How? The mixed reception says otherwise. 12 had far better pacing and a more challenging and competent battle system. The summon system was also better in 12 and 12 felt like a full game at least. After chapter 8 FF15 goes down the toilet in both story and pacing. Final fantasy 12 also easily has a better world map with more towns and different areas. Like deserts and icy mountains. 15 has a better soundtrack at least compared to 12 and better ideaa but they were executed poorly especially the final dungeon, boss, magic and chapter 13. I couldn't even die in FF15 except when I crashed the car, otherwise I hold O and spam potions to win cause the item system is broken.
@@jayDee92133 Hey if that's what floats your boat. I wouldn't even put 15 on the same level as the 13 trilogy especially with it's trash marketing practices and how half assed the game was on release.
I would be jeebus that subscription D: Tbh I don't like subscription-based MMORPG's, it kinda makes me feel like I have to dedicate every single day to the game whereas an MMORPG like ESO makes me feel like I can take a breather so I don't get burnout lol
@@WeebaLu I definitely understand sub fees and all but you can play the XIV free trial which includes the base game of A Realm Reborn and the whole Heavensward expansion completely free with no play time restriction.
@@GoddamnBatman1 Since writing this, I actually did play FF14 for free for a bit. I liked it! The story was just a little hard to follow but it's neat!
It’s too shallow of a game for me to call it a good main final fantasy game. If it was some spin off or like type-0 I think I wouldn’t have been as salty, but for how it was when it came out (and even how it is now with updates on the regular version) it was not worth the $60 plus extra for dlc. If I had gotten it when it was on sale for like $20 I probably wouldn’t have been so mad. But they sold an incomplete game for triple A prices, made you pay for content that filled in info for the story, and required you to watch additional media if you wanted back story. A good game will stand alone and this just did not. It had far too many boring fetch quests, towns were lackluster (almost all were copy/paste), magic was disappointing, the enemies were basically big bird, even bigger bird, little bird or enemies from previous games. I know they have enemies they use in every game, and each game will have the same type of enemies with different elements, but the prior titles were able to have some variety and newness to enemies. This game lacked imagination and innovation that previous final fantasies had, they focused so much on the engine and had so many problems that they scrambled to get it together and it shows. I was supposed to care about characters they never built up but killed off? Regis died, Jared died and Luna died and I didn’t even care. The one thing I’ll give them was at the end I cried because damn noctis dying and showing the camp fire scene got to me. Which making the alternate ending was not the right choice, it was the one thing that had weight and finality to it, noctis sacrificing his life after losing so much so everything can return to normal was the right ending. They did a disservice by trying to undo that. I’m actually playing through it again and it’s annoying me more now than the 1st time but when quests change or finish, the arrows that pop up really ruin the immersion, wish they would’ve put it somewhere else. Also the amount of time driving to and from is annoying in the beginning because most of the day cycle is taken up by those 5-8 min drives back and forth, you can barely complete a quest before it being night. What I will give them was pitioss was amazing and the food looked incredible. Also development hell did happen but it does not excuse what they released, an incomplete game. They aren’t some indie developer, they’ve been producing games for a very long time so I don’t see this as a valid reason to overlook its obvious flaws.
final fantasy 15 was my first entry in the series and it made me buy 7, 8, 10, 12 and type-0. i'll always be grateful and appreciative of it

i love FFXV and will always love it. Also i played it on the Xbox with a broken controller, thats how committed i was XD
Easily one of the best games I've played this generation. This was my first FF game and I loved it. Can't wait to play 7 Remake.
Same for literally everything you said. Nice to know I'm not alone
Ffxv is by far my favorite game ever, no game has ever taken my breath away the way xv does still to this day
The game was great.
Looks pretty cool in my opinion. I'm going to give it a try. Thanks for the information, subscribed!
Btw royal edition doesnt come with all the dlc. The ardyn dlc came out after it came out
I believe the Google Stadia version of Royal edition does come with Episode Ardyn.
Though who the hell is gonna buy a Stadia? XD
Apologies if I got that wrong by the way, Square Enix information is often not concrete and I had heard conflicting rumors about making a new version with Episode Ardyn so who knows lol
I probably should revisit it today.
ff 15 in my opinion is a very entertaining, underrated gem of a game.
CID said it the best “those ain’t you’re body guards, they’re you’re brothers.”
At least that’s why I personally love it that is.
@@WeebaLu True idk Square has been having development issues since final fantasy 12. Ever since everything has in some way been lacking.
I'm just downloading FFXV now and will let you know did I enjoy it ;) thanks very much for sharing your opinion on it ;)
It's not perfect but I hope you'll enjoy it.
I just recently started Final Fantasy XV, and I’ve been enjoying it quite a bit.
Defending XV? I always thought it was fun.
It's a really fun buddy road trip
That sounds like something for casuals. Or people who don't think much of gameplay mechanics. XV was trash XIII trilogy was better.🤷🏾♂️
@@wiseguy240Winston *rolls eyes*
Ash Henry i don’t think anybody writing this game as a bad game, that just the hardcore fans who are just doesn’t accept anything but the reviews are pretty good
We all know the bad game is ff13!!! I have no rights defending that game
I’m not a fan of the Final Fantasy series and what are your thoughts about Pokémon Sword and Shield
@Brigade Leader Haruhi Suzumiya Dont tell people what to play and not play. Let them come to their own decision
I haven't played Sword/Shield yet but I will say that I don't think it's worth the $60 price point. I'll buy the game when the price drops, but right now the quality of the game is not worthy of the price point. That said, I do like what Sword and Shield does and I'm the only one not mad about the Dex cut lol
Mostly because as a kid I never played Pokemon with other kids so it's not like I could get every Pokemon I want anyway
As long as I get Vulpix (which is my favorite Pokemon lol) then I'm not mad xD
Best quote ever said "opinions are like tee-shirts, we all have them"🤣😂
FfXV is a magnificent game 😊 new to the Final Fantasy franchise and I've never experienced anything like it. Instantly bought FF7/FF7Remake/FF10/FF8. This franchise is a super unique corner of the video games industry and now have an adoration of it.
great video, indeed ffxv is a great game, i have played every ff game that there is, and i can said, ff viii and fxv are my favorite ones
Lol I don't know about others, but ffxv was pretty great.
Because at least it understandable i can understand it and i understand the characters, not like the god awful 13 who have no rights to exist, the people who don’t like ff15 are just salty that’s all
I’ve always loved this game! I’m so glad people aren’t just bandwagoning against it :)
Just finished it in 31 hours, and I had a lot of fun. Great game
I recently gave ff15 a shot and man I was surprised about how much I loved it such an amazing game
The magic system’s best use is to max your level by putting rare coins in it to get 30,000 exp per cast ah yes let’s be twice the level of each enemy I face when I meet them in the story. Yeah it’s crappy and overpowered at the same time.
Some false information (or rather poor summary to make a point)
The Fabula Nova Crystallis was an idea of similar mythos of lcie and falcie with Etros (goddess of death) at the center of this mythos.
Yes, at one point Nomura wanted to make a musical-esque game similar to Les Miserables (which isn't that bad of an idea if Les Miserables is the inspiration for a game based on Shakespeare stories)
The biggest problem with Versus 13 is why it even exists in the first place.
At least thats what I think this game was trying to tell me
The whole lore and that part you wrote involving the Gods shows how XV copy and paste elements of FFXIII.
Been considering it now that the complete, well, mostly complete edition is out. I always have a hard time sticking to RPG's is the problem.
Honestly final Fantasy 15 is the resident evil 5/6 of square Enix. Underrated asf and such a beautiful game if you are ok with the cons
Have u played the yakuza games if u have did u like them?
I have not but I really love the concept! :D I plan to play it someday!
Actually Gladio Iggy and Prompto ended up dying as well from a heard of iron giants round about at the end of the game ;^;
The Magnum Opis was FF9 it was a love letter to the fans.
Final Fantasy XV was my first Final Fantasy game and is still my favorite.
I don't know if I'd call 13 "bad". It was enjoyable, but admittedly not up to FF standards.
As a guy who has been playing Final Fantasy ever since Final Fantasy 10, I LOVE Final Fantasy 15, as well as Final Fantasy 7 Remake! They are both some of the best Final Fantasy games that I have ever played along with Final Fantasy 10. 😎
FF7 remake : you can explore midgar 40 hours+
FFXV : you can't enter insonmia until the end of the game
The story of FFXV was great, that above is only what dissapoint me
I dunno how part 2 FF7 remake will be. It should be as vast as FFXV
Final Fantasy XV is the only Final Fantasy game other than Crisis Core and Dissidia 012 Final Fantasy that I enjoyed playing.
FFXV is solid but BARELY scratches the surface of what an actual FF game is.
Yes it is its a good game even great at certain points
Thanks to crisis core I got into ff
But ffXV made me love the franchise.
Great review video game
As a big fan of type 0, you gettin me fuming fam
Sorry, I just really hated Type 0 xD
i first HATED type-0 ... i just couldn't get myself to play it
but afer a while i started to love this game so much and i losz myself in it >~<
-the soundtrack is so unique and epic ♡
-the characters
(while many of 'em are boring and totaly anime) are still pretty great and enjoyable for the most part
- fighting is like the best a action rpg had ever been gameplay wise 😍
and the story is just EPIC especially on your second ng+ playtrough 😭😢😍♥️
I mean the Game is usually rated as 7,8/10 to 8/10 at best, so A lot of fans consider the game as Decently Good.
And then I played Persona 5 Strikers... same feels
I love this game:-) i played the most ff Games
I just don't know if I'll like it is all
People hate the game because they were told to hate it. If an American studio made this game with European main characters it would have done better. Reviews telling people that the game is a masterpiece would change the way people see it while they play. People are sheep...imo
I- I liked Type 0..
8 and 12 were far more divisive. Especially 8
Wth dude, FF Type Zero is awesome sheesh >.>’
So in Other words that bastard Bahamut won
Everything is better than XII hell even XIII.
That's a funny joke especially if you think XV can even step to XII.😆🤣
@@wiseguy240Winston Not only can XV step to it it curve stomped it and laughed while doing it.
@@wiseguy240Winston I go by my own feeling fam nobody else and for me XII was straight garbage and XV is the GOAT between these two games.
@@jayDee92133 Hey if that's what floats your boat. I wouldn't even put 15 on the same level as the 13 trilogy especially with it's trash marketing practices and how half assed the game was on release.
Play 14. It's amazing and lovable. Trust me.

Bruh final fantasy games are fun to play ....well most of them at least xD
Final Fantasy 2 is not liked. And FF8 has a bigger division.
I like this game. The rest of the fandom doesn't lol!
Final fantasy 7 remake ps4 is better
Dude nobody cares
haha u are very funny :)
