Sega 1994
Sonic the Hedgehog 3 is a 1994 platform game developed and published by Sega. Like previous Sonic games, players traverse side-scrolling levels at high speeds while collecting rings and defeating enemies. They control Sonic and Tails, who attempt to retrieve the Chaos Emeralds to stop the evil Doctor Robotnik from relaunching his space station, the Death Egg, after it crash-lands on a mysterious floating island. Sonic 3 introduces Knuckles the Echidna, the island guardian, who lays traps for Sonic and Tails.
Sonic 3 was released for the Sega Genesis in North America and Europe in February 1994, and in Japan in May. As with its predecessors, it was a critical and commercial success, with critics seeing it as an improvement over previous installments. It sold over one million copies in the United States, making it one of the bestselling Genesis games. It has been rereleased for various platforms, including as part of the compilations Sonic Jam (1997), Sonic & Knuckles Collection (1997), Sonic Mega Collection (2002) and Sonic's Ultimate Genesis Collection (2009).

This is exactly why my kid brain would hear as a child, my parents didn't understand why would I just sit there listening to this not playing the game, because you heard all the different note so you could hear all the different mixes that was being played in this little genesis that was touched by Michael.

In many games I rented I would look up for sound test in options. If it wasn't available, I did the same to listen to the music.
This track wasn't composed by Michael Jackson sadly, it was by Miyoko Takaoka, being this and the 2nd Act version composed by her.

I love Sega Mega Drive music when it doesn't rely on those 8-bit PSG bleeps that downgrade the overall sound, and Marble Garden track is a nice example of it. No PSG bleeps: sounds unique. It can't be labelled "organic" because FM always sounds like what it aims for: synth sounds. But the effects here, mostly the echoed harmonica-like melody, sound really awesome and sweet to the ears, even though in a unique way.

I searched and searched how to find you. Eventually I found your patreon I immediately signed up. Then when you launched with the re-upload of your streets of rage I was so happy for you for your comeback. I didn't know then, but you become my favorite artist that day. When I was a child Michael jackson was my favorite artist, so obviously I was freaking out when I found out he was involved with sonic 3. Mj was my wedding song (shake your body to the ground) as a teen I discovered (no pun) daft punk from toonamie. Discovery was my life, I used (something about us) as a way to Serenade to my wife. My life was effected in a strange way with the passing of Michael, Then when daft punk retired I felt like my youth was gone. But you are my saving grace, you brought my childhood back with passion, you are my number 1 artist now. I can't wait to save up m8neu to commission for a theme song on my youtube channel. I comment on my personal account which is this one, but I also comment with the gaming animator (my actual upload channel) I usually say things like "MY BOY!!!! or SICK! OFF THE CHAIN! THAT WAS BAD ASS! MY BOY DID IT AGAIN! SHIT WAS TIGHT!" Any way, love you brother be safe may God bless you.
