I haven't been back to this church since-I go to LaVern's Bar & Grill every Sunday and the bartender delivers me every Sunday from 11:00 a.m. until I can't walk no mo.
I remember as a little girl a man who stumbled in our church Service drunk off the spirits LaVerns is currently serving you on Sunday's. But when God's Holy Spirit overpowered that man and sobbered him right before my eyes, I gained a deeper respect for the power of God...there is no power/spirit more powerful than God's power!

We now know that alcoholism is linked to DNA and environmental issues. I have a gr8 respect for the power of God, it's my respect for uneducated church/religious people that's got me and God frustrated. Church should be about 1. worship, 2. praise and 3. service to the needy. All that other stuff is the responsibility of the laws that govern us.
