I dont think so, its 1 time every 1 sec, while thor dmg is not burst, so u wont get optimum benefit with that card

just make it max tier, whenever u are in gvg map, it will be +15 automatically. except in gvg map, it will go back to +0

our main skill, rolling thunder, doesnt have any bonus hit, so it will miss all the time vs 800 flee above. but ur passive mjolnir can hit 1400 flee players

sadly, there is hardly job without depending depo that can kill much. even my DA CAH is useless because of current meta (elf blackhole + jormun buff steal)
