The fastest fruit cake recipe ever! I cook it almost 3 times a week!

INGREDIENTS 🔻: (24x19 cm mould)
00:18 • 3 medium eggs
00:20 • pinch of salt
00:22 • 8 g vanilla sugar or vanillin
00:25 • 70 g of sugar (3 tablespoons)
00:40 • 4 tablespoons sunflower seed oil
00:54 • 10 g baking powder
00:50 • 125 g 00 flour
01:21 Cook in a preheated static oven at 180 C° for 20-25 min
For the cream:
01:58 • 1 egg
02:00 • 8 g vanilla sugar or vanillin
02:02 • 40 g of sugar (2 tablespoons)
02:16 • 2 tablespoons corn starch
02:30 • 250 ml of milk (1 cup)
03:00 • 1 teaspoon butter
03:32 • 70 g dolceneve or whipping cream
Others :
• 1 mango
• 1 kiwi
• 1 apple
• grape
