    Adding glue and water to your mixture instead of just water will help keep yourr filler from cracking as it dries. Love your work.

    Those mushrooms look magic! ;-)

    Lol. That’s one project I would have never thought of. Fantastic. I would have given the soil a dark wash. Mushroom farming uses very dark compost mixed with manures, etc. Other than that, well done!

      Cheers dude 👍🏻🙂 those little goblins gotta eat something while guarding those dungeons 😅

    Thank you for this one. I've used this planter for gardens, wells, and even a couple koi ponds with green stuff fish and uv resin.

      Great use of a planter 🙂👍🏻 little bits of scatter can really improve the world you're making

    I like that one a lot, but there is a thing that immidietly jumped into my mind... modularity and replacable insides of this planter. One planter but it can be a fungi farm, herb garden, well or pool filled with blood and gore!

      Oooh good idea, you should give it a go. I might make a few more in different styles anyway

    Great idea, we probably can build any simple flower gardens in a same way, TY for video!

    It is a truly treasure to find your channel, just binge watching vids, hopefully will come across your wash recipe, all the best

      Ah yes, the universal wash 😅
      It's in there somewhere 🤣 but if it helps you it's ...
      One part water
      Two parts vallejo brown wash
      And three parts vallejo black wash

      @@irongryphon thanks, I will test it sounds kinda of expensive for terrain tho 🤔

      I think it goes quite far, and the Vallejo wash comes in large tubs, rather than small paint pots

    I liked this great idea. I've a ton of mushrooms I made for my son, he had a goblin thing he was doing, I build all of his stuff. But I overestimated how many mushrooms and fungi I would need so I thought too many is better than not enough. I would have to make several of these but slightly bigger as I have a few sizes of mushrooms, but it has given me something interesting to ponder.

    I love this, what a lovely little build. I do think it needs just a smidge of moss between some of the outside brickwork but that just me 😊.

    Nice job. I like the idea of a fungus farm for dungeon dwellers. I'd love to know where you found the mushrooms.

      I forget exactly, they've been in a bits box for a while. They seem like the kind that you find on various warhammer orcs and goblins sprues 👍🏻

    why would somebody grow the red and white one (fly agaric - it is highly poisonous)
    I suppose because they are orcs/goblins?
    very good though

    • @irongryphon
      @irongryphon  4 роки тому +1

      You never know what goblins might eat, or if they are indeed fly agaric. Or maybe they grow them for making poisons or other potions 😅

    did you make the mushrooms? i find my clay (dasclay) mushrooms dont like to stick together or too anything.. i'd like the see a mushroom cave... human sized and bigger mushrooms, with ladders and walk ways maybe

    • @irongryphon
      @irongryphon  4 роки тому +1

      On that occasion, no I didn't make the mushrooms, I used some spares I had from old Warhammer sprues. But check my elven waystone video, I made a few mushrooms on that one 😬
      I love that idea 👍🏻🙂 that could be a big project 😅 but when I do some cave tiles I'll make sure there's ladders and massive mushrooms.

      You don't get the same variety of mushrooms as IGS has here, but Bard's Craft made some pretty simple mushrooms with hot glue and cocktail sticks - ua-cam.com/video/ab59vHFA5mU/v-deo.html
