I’m seeing lots of French fries, mashed potatoes, salt potatoes and baked potatoes. What a beautiful harvest of potatoes!

Callie's hair is getting long! I enjoyed seeing Tracy working with her husband. So lovely. By my observation, Callie's favorite uncle is Matt. He is seen playing with her so many times and was the first that I could see to get her laughing in chuckles. She loves her uncle Matt; and rightly so. You guys are all awesome in my book. *Hugs*

For your potato party, I offer my Aunt Thema's potato salad recipe from the 50's, a family classic:
Wash, trim, & Cut your potatoes into pieces all appropriately the same 1" cube size, put into cold salted water and boil until fork-tender. (Slip a few garlic cloves in at the beginning if you dare.) Meanwhile, mix up the sauce and prep the other veg:
Hellmann's mayo,
French's yellow mustard,
white or black pepper,
scrape ½ an onion with a serving spoon to get some onion juice,
(optional a dash or two of Frank's Red Hot).
Cut black olives in half or into rings, small dice some bell peppers, and or thin slice celery heart ribs.
When potatoes are done, drain them (you can reserve the cooking liquid to boil other veggies for dinner or boil up a chicken), and immediately pour on the sauce so it can be absorbed by the hot potatoes. (if you used garlic, a clove can be mashed into the sauce, or you can use the cloves for other dishes, they will be nice & mild).
Stir gently, or smash a few cubes a bit - whichever texture you prefer. Add the veg & stir in. Taste for salt & pepper, serve warm or cold.

As someone who lives in PA, I honestly wouldn't mind just stopping by just to see the farm at some point. Of course PA is a large state and I don't think I am even remotely near you guys, but I love the content and as someone who recently got into gardening the scale that you guys do is next level. OK ANOTHER QUESTION FOR YA.... NOW THAT YOU HAVE GATHERED UP A BUNCH OF LARGER ROCKS AS PART OF THE POTATO WIND ROWS.... WHY DON'T YOU "HARVEST" OR COLLECT THE ROCKS AND STOCKPILE THEM SOME WHERE TO REDUCE THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE TO DEAL WITH IN THE FIELD?

Andrew's foot potato and Gavin's Mr. Potato Head should be at the party as VIP guests.
You could totally use that potato digger to gather up rocks to get them out of the field lol

Love to see it! I'm making home-made Tabasco sauce from the final flush of peppers. The frost had us pull the plants in to the basement on 10/26 since there was SO MUCH. More than both previous flushes combined. I have 40 plants hanging upside down that ripened up another 150% more peppers to orange status, good enough for a sauce in my book. Going with the Ferment process.
I hope some of my potatoes look like that next year. Interested in seeing all the rocks y'all get

All this potato harvest prompted me to make scalloped potatoes and ham. Delicious, but would have been better with y'all's potatoes. Also tomatoes and green beans.

It really is awesome, seeing you guys have family dinner at the end of almost every video. It's very awesome that your family is as understanding and accepting of being put on camera throughout the work day and even for a little bit after-hours.
