I get salt and pepper smelts, chicken wings and mixed seafood in Chinatown, Chicago. Fantastic flavors one of my favorites. Yours looks terrific!

He really does a fantastic job compared to a few others where you have to pay for a club to get the recipes.....and his food tastes great to.
Unfortunately the knowledge bomb is not loud enough...no body watch my videos:(

i always want to deep fry at home but i don't want to waste oil on just one batch for myself. any suggestions?
Use less oil in a smaller pan
@@jasin95 you could wait until the used oil has cooled down, sieve it to get any bits out and then put it back into a bottle using a funnel. You’ll get a few uses out of it that way 😊
Use a wok.
How much is that in the shop? 7 Squid?
