Maybe not. We don't call Europe "Rome" nowadays, despite the fact that between the Roman Republic, Roman Empire, Bizantium and HRE there was a "Rome" being at least a major player in the continent for more than half of history.

North always overpass South. That's really engaging video, and I found the pattern which related to our lore, where north almost every time dominate against south.
Some classical "Empire vs Republic" -ass ("Theocracy vs Federation", to say precisely) dynamics between Xantinium and Ancastria going on and then just random tribal guys just displace everyone demographically minding their own thing
The thing I kinda want to see are the dynamic borders. Like when a country or state takes over it, it will take it piece by piece, not really the entire nation, and other independent city-states make their own borders from within (like the cities themselves), so it could have a more dynamic picture. Take for example those from Khey Pard and Ollie Bye.
I complained that I have about this the maps not big enough you don't get the place your own cities they should take everything from the fantasy map generator of Asgard and copy and paste with the act of political map I really like that
New game that came out recently, called "Fantasy Map Simulator." It basically just generates a heightmap, randomly populates it with countries, and simulates from there, though you can manually make both the countries and the terrain.
Is it just me or do countries change really fast in this game? It seems like countries can't go more than a couple years without their borders changing.
