Sec 204 mein aapne 'Fine' of ₹2L mention kiya hai whereas module mein 'Penalty' of ₹2L mentioned hai.
So what's the difference between a fine and a penalty?
Can we use the terms interchangeably for exams purpose?

Sir, How 3 Lac p.m. became 3 Lac p.a... in the last examples..... the salary is 6L per month and half of this is 3 L pm na.... why we are intrepreting as year??

Rule is half months salary for completed years of service so 3 L x no of yrs worked
