@@shelearns it’s not mandatory it’s just hard to pass up 20% hp on this build. You can use a rare necrotic damage base with prefixes that give cast speed, crit multi, necrotic damage, or spell crit while you farm it. Drops from reign of dragons mono boss.
Hi, does this build still work in the current patch? If yes, are there a lot of changes that needs to be made in order to make it work or could I copy this 1:1
I don’t believe they touched anything on this build. I’ll double check with Mao tomorrow. Should be stronger now that you can make the uniques legendary.
