- Being a guest character in a Universe that he barely understands, the Terminator finds himself surrounded by interesting characters that throw references and jokes at him thinking that he is a human when in reality, the Terminator is nothing but a Machine that has only certain objectives.

It's also a Guns N Roses reference, in part of Cassie saying "Welcome to the jungle."

The definition of 'they' used: "When referring to a generic person whose gender is unknown or irrelevant to the context" so... Pronouns aren't necessary to describe the character Terminator... Therefore, "they" can be used in the sentence.

Yeah, In T3 Conner tried to refresh on all the good times they had, The Terminator stated that he was sent because of a familiar face. So that would make sense here, a different Terminator in the same model line.

Judge Dredd and the comic he came from, 2000AD is with a different comic company than DC Comics, Rebellion Publishing. Dredd has crossed over with Batman and Lobo though so I suppose it'd be possible. Not to mention Paramount owns the US license to Terminator and MGM owned Robocop before Amazon bought it.

@@MegaSpideyman I mean, I’m still fine with this version of Terminator’s voice; it doesn’t sound like Arnold Schwarzenegger himself, but Mr. Schwarzenegger himself had his reasons. From what I was told, at the time of the Terminator’s DLC character release, Arnold pretty much retired from his role as the Terminator, and in doing so, he had someone else do the voice for him. He also was doing The Terminator: Dark Fate prior to the release of the DLC character, so Arnold chose not to voice act for Netherrealm Studios. Arnold commended the voice actor for how it nearly sounds exactly like him, but I can see why people would be rather displeased.
The voice's fine, it's just the delivery that's lacking. I know it's supposed to be a monotone, but it's just too dull. In the Terminator movies', Arnold says all of his lines as if he were discussing a routine project with a coworker. Here, it sounds like he's trying to just get over another fight with his nagging wife and go to bed.
Arnie chose Chris Cox to voice him, so for what he did for this game I think he did fine. Not perfect, but better then something else/
