@Katie, I love wearing my long black leather thigh high boots with 4 inch stiletto heels with zips that go all the way to the top, I get a lot of attention from men when I’m out on my own ! it’s a good job I’m a karate black belt 2nd dan in shotokan karate lol, have you ever studied karate ? hope you have lots of fun wearing your boots x

Despite i like most the knee high boots, if you wear thigh high boots then i like them again. You look spectacular in any kind of boot and you know when you wear them, your channel explodes.

I experienced that same tag situation, someone at VS forgot to remove it so it triggered the alarm at a different mall store. At least I was able to walk back and have them remove it before I left the mall. You look good in everything!
Thigh high boots will also look great paired with a midi dress with a slit. Personally, I like midi dress and shorts outfits with tights in winter, looks more cozy and cool.

You also may be able to remove the security tag using a strong magnet if you know someone who has one. The tag will have a small half and then a long half. Put the magnet on the small half and it will disengage the mechanism holding the needle into the small half. A secret retail trick 😉

Not to knit pick, but I believe those are Over the Knee Boots. To me at least, thigh high boots come up generally half way between the knee and crotch, and crotch high boots pretty much run all the way up the leg. I could make the argument as well that most Over the Knee Boots come just over the knee cap, where these do go a little bit higher, but I think you really need a shaft height of 3 or 4 more inches to be thigh high
