Cell =plasma membrane+cytoplasm+nucleus Cytoplasm=cell organelles (except nucleus)+ cytosol Cytosol is the fluid portion where all reactions takes place So,cytosol is the exact location where the glycolysis take place. Even though cytoplasm is also correct,it also includes cell organelles.
