Dude your nozzle blew out of there. If you turn the screw too high, the nozzle breaks free. Looks like its making a mess of your lawn.

I have a small patio, how can you cut the distance to only 19' and turn the screw all the way but the irrigation is still long?

I just turned screw half way you can do 2 ways
First you just close screw as much you can distance will go around 8-9 feet if still not work you need to replace nozzle actually it comes with multiple nozzles small patron to wide and long I was using original

You should know how to lift the head using the blue plastic thing with all the nozzles. It's the pointy part with a little crossbar. You insert that in the hole on top of the sprinkler head. I cringed watching you try to pry it up with a screwdriver!
