I like the fact that Martian Manhunter has taken on that role as Superman's "uncle" from time to time because MM knows more about intergalactic comings and goings, which is precisely why he sees Superman as a Kryptonian rather than an Earthling. As far as the DCTV universe goes, he's played that role on Smallville and now on Supergirl too. This of course begs the question: if the dude is powerful enough to mentor a Kryptonian, you know he's boss.

Superman is the single most important character in American comics industry history. As without the success of the initial Superman stories, would there even be such popularity for comic book characters as we have currently.Had Superman failed would we even have seen Batman, Wonder Woman and many other comic book characters.Indeed would the company that became Marvel Comics, even be started if.Superman had been a failure, rather than a success, in those early days of comic books. The entire American comics industry owes a lot more to Superman, than any other superhero character out there.
The most recent comics revealed that he isn't weak to fire but he is actually scared with him because of all the stuff that happened in mars, he got over it during forever evil though
What I think is that he is purposefully holding back with his powers to not be in trouble with the government, and that in season 2 we are really going to see the full range of his limitless abilitiesm

In real life people get beat so they learn and get better. Batman, Ironman, Spider-man use weapons that vary based on opponents. Cops today can do things they didn't know about long ago such as finger prints, DNA test, profiling, etc. Also have swat teams with special weapons and tactics might use tear gas, smoke bombs, sound, bright light, bullet resistant vests, rapid fire and long range weapons, even helicopters and airplanes.
I don't think the issue lies exactly on characters being "intrinsically overpowered" or the necessity for growth through "failure then triumph", its more on the execution of such concepts. What is the basis of this execution, it relies primarily on the character's depth and of the story's world building. From my perspective, I think its unfair to smear against stories such as Bleach which relies on storylines through "failure then triumph", since their world building requires them to do so. Indeed, characters in these stories fail, go through training, learn, then proceed victorious, however its *not* like it was written *solely* for the sake of a character to overcome an obstacle, often times, it provides a reflection for the faults characters carry. For the case in Bleach (since you pointed it out), it is a necessary plotline since the numerous trainings the main character has undergone did not simply enhance the capabilities of the character witnessed, but it has also provided extended insight onto the necessity of an established bond between the Zanpakuto and its user in order to achieve full potential, especially noting the fact that it is established lore that the Zanpakuto spirit is an extension of one's individual self, thus why the all of the trainings Ichigo undertook after the SS arc primarily took place within his "inner world". Just because you only saw Ichigo do it doesn't mean it was something "special" for him, it was established lore that these were necessary for every other Shinigami. Though of course you do make a point, the Mugetsu training in particular, but it still had a redeeming quality on how its consistency on to the intentions with the previous ones. Zano 7 Well that's a different comparison. They both have a tragic story. Both of them had their race annihilated. Superman is my favorite character, but Martian Manhunter is my second. He is probably the most underrated member of the Justice League, there's a lot of people who don't believe that he was an original member and believe that cyborg is. But I wouldn't say he can beat Superman by a wide margin. I say it would be a tie.
1:56 This is has almost always been my position too. I don't mind overpowered characters as long as they can still be challenged and go through some sort of struggle.
You quoted my favorite JLA arc ever, in which J'onn (as a Burning Martian) walks through the entire team. But you brought up a point that tends to stick with me. People complain that DC's best are overpowered and therefore unrelatable, but suppose they aren't supposed to be relatable? Maybe larger-than-life, iconic characters aren't meant to be related to, but meant to inspire? We're supposed to want to be like these characters, not made comfortable because they're like us.
Martian Manhunter has always been one of my favorite superhero's of all time, even when he would get sidetracked in the old shows! People never believe me, when I say that Martian Manhunter is one of the few people who can go toe-to-toe with Superman in a fight.
QuickSilver SnD No such hero as Berry Allen smartass but im going to assume you meant BARRY Allen. Either way, no, Wally has better speed feats.. plus he has better speedforce powers such as absorbing speed which makes him much faster than any of the other speedsters. During the human race issue all the other speedsters gave all their speed to Wally cus they kno he's the best of them.
Back in the day, especially in the JLA animated comics, the writers would make him grab his head and fly off into space yelling just as the fight began. It was incredibly frustrating.
"My made up character is better than yours " And one punch man destroys Goku , or my own Comic character TheFingererOfJustice can stick his fingers into peoples ass's and kill them and he cant die no matter what and has no weakness.
+Mutsu Hanma impossible goku is the dumb superhero ever i see in anime how can superman lose against him superman is infinitely better than him in every single way
They got wiped out from a mental disease that made it so that they had to cut themselves off telepathically from the rest of their kind. No one could do it, because it was like pulling out your soul basically, but Martian Manhunter could. He watched his wife and child die in front of him as they accepted their fate, and he shut himself off. He's like the Batman of the Martians. Except he has a sadder backstory.
Still not an impossibility. As to why he would choose not to reveal himself just yet with Zod and Doomsday he could simply say "Why would I have needed to when _you're_ here.... Clark?" **audience flips the fuck out**
It’s pretty cool to think that based on your perspective it sounds like Martian Manhunter is not the strongest DC Superhero, but he could be if he wants to. Another great video, thanks Arris!
How is Martian Mahnunter not the most powerful super hero? He can do everything Superman can and more. People are stupid for basing stuff based on stories or what this hero said about the other. These characters aren't real. The writers are the ones putting the words in their mouth. We have to base who would win based on the characters and their powers and how they fight. Are they strategic, brawlers, etc.. Martian Mahnunter is the strongest. If he was more popular, many more people would agree.
Overpowered??.. as opposed to being Powerless..but being a gazillionaire and having all kinds of tech to your disposal is "RELATABLE?... LOL Marian Manhunter is awesome!
.......Ok.....I posted that comment because Superman has an obvious weakness. Martian Manhunter most simple weakness is fire. That could've been a good reason why he's not the strongest. Though the dude is still an awesome bad ass.
+Phillip Romar yeah if i remember rightly the white martians put a mental block on him to make him afraid of fire, because that was actually the key to green martians evolution or something along those lines.
Sorry, buddy, but he most certainly is over-powered, even by other universes' standards. He is basically invulnerable and can (as his name implies) take opponents out with little more than a single punch, and that's at a fraction of his full power.
I don't see a link to the video about Superman vs Manhunter in the drop down box. This is one of my little pet peeves on youtube. Please don't say link in the description if there is not one. Yes, I am going to go search for it and should be able to find it with little trouble. Just a tiny ultimately unimportant first world problem.
+VariantComics haha, just wanted to make sure there wasnt another Justice League cartoon I havent seen, although, that would be an awesome follow up to Justice League Unlimited! kinda wished that they did one about the future heros, like old static, warhawk, and terry batman!
You know, I wonder if at some point, a super powered being, is no longer considered a "super hero" rather, a cosmic being or constant like Galactus or "the Prescence".
I just like Martian Manhunter because he’s an extremely strong hero that’s actually relatable and a good character. He has a tragic backstory that challenges him and he’s also a good guy. I’m very excited that Manhunter is dangerous in the new 52 and his power is being noticed. Can’t wait
About Superman, he is not meant to lose, but that doesn't mean he is not meant to have limits. The reason why he is said to be a champion nearly all the time is because he doesn't actually win to achieve victory, but to keep the lives of innocents safe. Also, his power levels are so high that there is almost no way of explaining what his limits come to. However, I would agree that he is possibly the most powerful superhero of the DC Universe, and he is personally one of my favorite superheroes.
lol, any DC character can beat anything outside its medium. Who gives a shit? Bottom line is Goku would be a shit character if his powers were clearly defined and he was only about strength.
***** Martian Manhunter is massively faster than light and can become intangible. He could litterally walk through them while pulling out all their major organs.
Kerry Auguste Shazam isn't that strong all you would have to do is trick him into yelling his name. And the flash can just be stopped by a frictionless surface. Doctor fate protects the world from mystical threats so all Martian man hunter would have to do is use telekinesis
Martian Manhunter trained with Superman, to be strong against mind control. All-out Martian Manhunter (Fernus ) could still mess with his mind, and Max Lord through subtle tampering. But no one is immune to painful mind blasts.
When I was a kid a friend asked me who my favorite superhero was I said marshin manhunter and my friend said he's trash because he thought he only had one super power I was very triggered that day...duss anayone realate with this
I always thought that the Martian Manhunter never got any respect is because his name is lame. I mean, you've got Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, the Flash, Green Lantern...and then you have Martian Manhunter? His name just doesn't sound right. It's the same with Captain Marvel, that is an awesome name, but to call the same character Shazam sounds ridiculous. If they would have given J'onn a catchy hero name, today he would be just as popular as all the other members of the JLA.

Martian Manhunter is definitely one of my new favorites, along with Plastic Man. I'd argue one of the dumbest heroes to exist is Elongated Man. Elasticity is already pretty much mastered by those two. Also really like Flash and Firestorm. I feel like Firestorm is underrated tho
4:40 superman lost to doomsday multiple times. The original version of superman (powerfull enough to destroy solar systems by sneezing)was not meant to lose. Super man since the 1950s to now isnt really omnipotent, he is strong but hes around thor level.
But is The presence considered an actual superhero or an entity such as a god.I would say the latter. And say Spectre I definitely know is portrayed as a superhero, and very powerful too.For a superhero.
How? How was Iron Man a Batman ripoff? Iron Man is an alcoholic billionaire genius with an unstable morality that loves to build robotic suits so he can fight crime. Batman is a billionaire detective that has mastered all Martial Arts in order to try to fix his city as a tribute to his parents deaths by borderline crippling his opponents with his fists. Somehow i don't see the resemblance.
A Cat They copy each other, all comics companies do. There are only so many ideas and powers out there, and often times the copycats are made by people paying tribute to a character's creator, as an inside joke(i.e. deadpool), or made by the same guy(i.e. Thanos and Darkseid). In case you didn't know, Aquaman is the original copycat, as Namor,a marvel character, predates him. And also, Silver Surfer with the Inifinity Gauntlet predates Superman 1 million, by almost a decade. I was pointing out the obvious, not for debate, or inane comments, but because it was funny. I just forgot that because this is the internet, that if you don't put "lol" in your comment, people get offended.
no, the hulk, not even close. Enough heat will eventually vaporize him, or you can outlive him, or just pull the hulk out of banner. Phantom zone works to... Also, he wouldnt manouver well in space. Freezing...
Loli Hunter です True, but his death(s) in the comics was a lot more impactful because it was already established how powerful the foes are and there was no other way to defeat them without self-sacrifice.(or the superman in question is just an alternate superman ment to show the power of said foe). Here, its just... off. We know this shouldn't be the end because both the doomsday in question was just a cheap knock off and Batman or wonder woman could have just used it instead, or he could have just stabbed him from behind and avoided the stake arm of Not-Doomsday. I hope it makes sense.
Parallax77. I get what you mean. But in the movies, no one besides Superman could get close to Doomsday. He was weakened by the fight with Batman and got caught in the impact of the Kryptonite spear. He died logically I guess. Although, his death was known from the start that it means nothing since Justice League wasn't formed yet. So, i agree that it's meaningless... along with the whole Batman Vs Superman thing. Why adapt that story arc? It's not even canon.
Yeah, I guess when you put it like that, Superman's death, while preordained, has to have meaning, which this movie holds none considering he's still fairly new according to the lore. While in the comics, Superman is established, fleshed out, and (this is important) likeable to everyone (which is why All Star is my second favorite comic book series behind Invincible, which is ending soon). As for the story arc, it was a part of the whole "Choose a Side" trend which Marvel both started and did leagues better than BvS. They only wanted to compete with their biggest rival, which backfired because we have no Idea what the hell their fighting for in the movies. In Civil War, we get it immediately. Tony wants to work with the government to limit the damage to innocent lives when they kick ass because he still feels responsible for his past of being the "Dealer of Death" and having his weapons used for despicable things. And Steve doesn't because he's seen first hand the corruption of the government and doesn't want to take the chance at giving a few ordinary people power over the Avengers. But all I could get from BvS was Batman didn't like Supes because his fight against Zod nearly broke metropolis and indirectly killed some no named employees (none of which were particularly close to him btw). In fact, I bet if Superman just hovered in the air and said "Look, I know we have our differences, but Lex Luthor has an innocent person I care about held hostage by some thugs. Please help me free her." there would have been no conflict. Instead, all he does is say "You have to listen to me!" like a mad man and gets his shit wrecked because apparently he's not faster than a speeding bullet.
Yep J'onn J'onzz was one of my all time favorites also. And it was disappointing that he was not in Justice League. But, maybe they have plans for him in the future to be there along with Green Lantern.
Actually Martian manhunter said himself that m’gann had the strongest mind he’s ever seen in his what 300 year long he’s met how many people and she has the strongest mind out of all of them including himself
At 3:43, I want to make one correction: Superman IS as intelligent as Batman. He might not have the same deductive reasoning, but he's able to think superfast and is an accomplished scientist in the golden age comics.

This is has almost always been my position too.
He finally got martian man hunter in a live action movie. Snyder Cut was epic
For like 1 minute
he looked like straight shut though

booster gold would definitely be on that list
He has one
+brianpoole33 Not really Booster gold is pretty good
+brianpoole33 booster gold is amazing
+brianpoole33 DP will also be on the list.
It’s funny because they say Martian Manhunter is “Overpowered” BUT he’s usually sooo Innocent and Rarely even show his full potential 🤦🏻
Underrated because he never had his own movie, especially live-action. Really hope he gets his own movie someday
atleast he got a cameo
manhunters weakness is easier to exploit than superman
True
It's fire it's everyone's weakness
The sun is everyones weakness lol
But fire still can't hurt him... It's just a mental shutdown...
I believe in the Flashpoint universe he managed to overcome his fear of fire and realize it was all in his head though. That or some other universe
Martian Manhunter has always been one of my favorite superhero's of all time, even when he would get sidetracked in the old shows! People never believe me, when I say that Martian Manhunter is one of the few people who can go toe-to-toe with Superman in a fight.
Can you do a video of who's the fastest Flash.
Wally West, next question?
its berry allen smartass lol
Wally west
QuickSilver SnD No such hero as Berry Allen smartass but im going to assume you meant BARRY Allen.
Either way, no, Wally has better speed feats.. plus he has better speedforce powers such as absorbing speed which makes him much faster than any of the other speedsters.
During the human race issue all the other speedsters gave all their speed to Wally cus they kno he's the best of them.
+QuickSilver SnD nope Wally west is he wasn't at first because of a mental block In his mind
Back in the day, especially in the JLA animated comics, the writers would make him grab his head and fly off into space yelling just as the fight began. It was incredibly frustrating.
MM may not be THE single most powerful, but he is easily in the same league as Doctor Manhattan, Superman, etc.
Superman ain’t nowhere near dr Manhattan
Random Username
Would you consider MM a close comparison to Doctor Manhattan?
no, Manhattan is basically a fifth dimensional being and mm is not
@@sickkunt1573 Didn't Superman take on Emperor Joker?
@@sickkunt1573 I think Doctor Fate is close. But Darkseid is above Manhattan.
How can martian manhunter be the most powerful when 99 percent of his kind got wiped out like idiots...
Superman loses against Goku....
"My made up character is better than yours " And one punch man destroys Goku , or my own Comic character TheFingererOfJustice can stick his fingers into peoples ass's and kill them and he cant die no matter what and has no weakness.
+Mutsu Hanma
impossible goku is the dumb superhero ever i see in anime how can superman lose against him
superman is infinitely better than him in every single way
They got wiped out from a mental disease that made it so that they had to cut themselves off telepathically from the rest of their kind. No one could do it, because it was like pulling out your soul basically, but Martian Manhunter could. He watched his wife and child die in front of him as they accepted their fate, and he shut himself off. He's like the Batman of the Martians. Except he has a sadder backstory.
lol thats exactly what i was thinking
I thought the General from BvS and MoS was MM in disguise
that would be cool
+Hayden Roberts yeah imagine during the Justice League movie!! That would be the biggest plot twist ahaha
Still not an impossibility. As to why he would choose not to reveal himself just yet with Zod and Doomsday he could simply say "Why would I have needed to when _you're_ here.... Clark?" **audience flips the fuck out**
+SuperShanko that would be awesome.
I doubt Snyder would think of that
It’s pretty cool to think that based on your perspective it sounds like Martian Manhunter is not the strongest DC Superhero, but he could be if he wants to. Another great video, thanks Arris!
It's "Justice League: Unlimited" not "united" you rookie.
says the one with nobody paying attention to him :P
there was a comic called united he just got mixed up 'you rookie'
ummmmmmmm *"
Still, the speaker in this video is a moronic with little to no logic
+Dan Zhukov jealous much
How is Martian Mahnunter not the most powerful super hero? He can do everything Superman can and more. People are stupid for basing stuff based on stories or what this hero said about the other. These characters aren't real. The writers are the ones putting the words in their mouth. We have to base who would win based on the characters and their powers and how they fight. Are they strategic, brawlers, etc.. Martian Mahnunter is the strongest. If he was more popular, many more people would agree.
Luis Ramirez Because he's scared of fire...
Luis Ramirez Nope, Shazam is still stronger, alone the power of Zeus would destroy every single hero.
1. Shazam
2. Martian Manhunter
3. Superman
Deniz Isi the power of Zeus don't mean scratch if u cant hit him fam
Deniz Isi eh. Just saying mmh can turn into rubber, so this is bullshit.
Luis Ramirez what do you not powerful Can you survive with fried brain?
Did you forget Doctor Manhattan? He could make Manhunter and Superman explode with a thought.
he is in an alternate universe so batman does not no who that is
And?
He will soon in Rebirth
if you haven't heard the news watchmen is part of dc rebirth
No... Haven't read recent Darkseid War / DC Rebirth?
Watchmen IS new 52-CANON!
MM: No fire!!!!
Green Lantern: No bananas! No taxi cab! No lemons! No sponge! No HIGHLIGHTER!!!
Overpowered??.. as opposed to being Powerless..but being a gazillionaire and having all kinds of tech to your disposal is "RELATABLE?... LOL
Marian Manhunter is awesome!
Yeah...but he's still the most human so...deal with it.
Sean C facts i dont got all that money
Honestly I always thought Spiderman was much more relatable than Batman.
dude that was an awesome comment...lmao youre right somehow batman should be more relatable
@@goku-im3dk he's not the most human. I'd argue Nightwing and Green Arrow are more relatable as humans
I love MM
his humble personality actually
I wish if I could have a friend like him

So happy I found your channel. Your videos are great. Don't stop doing what you're doing! Love this and the Shazam vid!
Awwwww, I was hoping you mention his weakness against fire. In Injustice, Superman took him out with a heatvision.
So superman possess weakness which other characters like batman exploit to their advantage but it doesn't negate his overall status of being stronger.
.......Ok.....I posted that comment because Superman has an obvious weakness. Martian Manhunter most simple weakness is fire. That could've been a good reason why he's not the strongest.
Though the dude is still an awesome bad ass.
it was a mental weakness, not a physical one. He is no longer weak to fire.
+The Impossible kid Whaaaaaat? Really? Thanks for telling me. I gotta look this up.
+Phillip Romar yeah if i remember rightly the white martians put a mental block on him to make him afraid of fire, because that was actually the key to green martians evolution or something along those lines.

Saitama is overpowered no one bats an eye
Superman is overpowered and everyone loses their mind
That's because Saitama is a parody of extremely overpowered heroes, such as Superman.
Exactly
Superman isn't even that op though, he used to be in the silver age
Saitama isn't overpowered only in his universe he is.
Just a tiny ultimately unimportant first world problem.
regardless of what I call the video, The link is not in the description.
sometimes people forget things
He didn't mention Martian Manhunter's weakness: Fire.
don't you mean Justice League Unlimited, and not united?
+VariantComics haha, just wanted to make sure there wasnt another Justice League cartoon I havent seen, although, that would be an awesome follow up to Justice League Unlimited! kinda wished that they did one about the future heros, like old static, warhawk, and terry batman!

+VariantComics Hey Barry I made a video for you and Scott there any of those videos for you you're awesome huge shout out
+VariantComics and can you do the different Origen's of Spidey 2099
yes he meant unlimited
You know, I wonder if at some point, a super powered being, is no longer considered a "super hero" rather, a cosmic being or constant like Galactus or "the Prescence".
I just like Martian Manhunter because he’s an extremely strong hero that’s actually relatable and a good character. He has a tragic backstory that challenges him and he’s also a good guy. I’m very excited that Manhunter is dangerous in the new 52 and his power is being noticed. Can’t wait
I can always rely on this channel when I feel like giving up. The videos take my mind off everything and I just nerd out
About Superman, he is not meant to lose, but that doesn't mean he is not meant to have limits.
The Chimmichanga Agreed. The "He is not meant to lose" argument is a bit of a cop out. Love both regardless of opinion.
David Bulger IKR!
Saitama would erase him
Hillary4Pres AlwaysWithHer Oh, my God! No one cares about that debate anymore, let it go!
Superman actually isn't close to the most powerful superhero in the DC universe, DC has even told that.
Martian ManHunter alone could defeat Goku in a fight.
2 words. Mind Attack
He would solo the entire DBZ verse.
lol, any DC character can beat anything outside its medium. Who gives a shit? Bottom line is Goku would be a shit character if his powers were clearly defined and he was only about strength.
You don't even need Martian Man Hunter for that.
***** Martian Manhunter is massively faster than light and can become intangible. He could litterally walk through them while pulling out all their major organs.
Your a DC fan when you know that MM is one of the most dangerous DC hero
3:50 dude, his weakness is *FIRE* ... we invented that one quite a while ago!
here after the synder cut
Anyone Here After Snyder's Cut???
i think the strongest character is Dr.fate and Shazam alongside flash
Kerry Auguste Shazam isn't that strong all you would have to do is trick him into yelling his name.
And the flash can just be stopped by a frictionless surface.
Doctor fate protects the world from mystical threats so all Martian man hunter would have to do is use telekinesis
Paul Tan how can you exactly get a frictionless surface?
Paul Tan frictionless surface like space
Paul Tan he ran in space
nick rodgers yeh flash ran thru space and out beats a teleporter running
This guy is like Superman, Vision, Professor X, Wonder Woman and Silver Surfer combined!
do you mean unlimited? 0:28
its cool man :)
+VariantComics superman trained himself so his is brain locked from telepaths look up superman vs the elite
Martian Manhunter trained with Superman, to be strong against mind control. All-out Martian Manhunter (Fernus ) could still mess with his mind, and Max Lord through subtle tampering. But no one is immune to painful mind blasts.
I wonder how tough Supes would be if he was trained by gods like Zeus or Odin...
Can we have Jon "bones" Jones as Martian Manhunter just because? 😂
No matter how overpowered they are the writers are the true overpowered beings 😤😤
Hear after the new reveal in the Snyder cut
When I was a kid a friend asked me who my favorite superhero was I said marshin manhunter and my friend said he's trash because he thought he only had one super power I was very triggered that day...duss anayone realate with this
Snyder cut anyone?
I always thought that the Martian Manhunter never got any respect is because his name is lame. I mean, you've got Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, the Flash, Green Lantern...and then you have Martian Manhunter? His name just doesn't sound right. It's the same with Captain Marvel, that is an awesome name, but to call the same character Shazam sounds ridiculous. If they would have given J'onn a catchy hero name, today he would be just as popular as all the other members of the JLA.
parKb5 his name is fine
parKb5 he doesn't get media coverage

Martian Manhunter is definitely one of my new favorites, along with Plastic Man. I'd argue one of the dumbest heroes to exist is Elongated Man. Elasticity is already pretty much mastered by those two.
Also really like Flash and Firestorm. I feel like Firestorm is underrated tho
Firestorm can literally turn lead into gold.
Firestorm can beat Superman and mmh he can create kryptonite from air and can create fire fights over
4:40 superman lost to doomsday multiple times. The original version of superman (powerfull enough to destroy solar systems by sneezing)was not meant to lose. Super man since the 1950s to now isnt really omnipotent, he is strong but hes around thor level.
Whos here after zack's JL 🤘🤘
it just depends on Superman potential
Who's here after Snyder Cut?
He got done so dirty in the injustice universe
Superheros must be overpower, they are SUPERHEROS.
I still believe the Flash could beat the whole justice league.
He can and he has
Banman He just can.
He has never not even in d comics.. Go fanboys
"The presence"is the most powerful character is dc
Yes
But is The presence considered an actual superhero or an entity such as a god.I would say the latter. And say Spectre I definitely know is portrayed as a superhero, and very powerful too.For a superhero.
God leveled characters are fucking boring cuz they just think anything out of existence or bend reality then THE END.
WTF
Miss Martian is actually a stronger telepath than Martian Manhunter
I’m pretty sure that’s only in the Young Justice Universe not the actually dc comics universe
We all know that superman 1 million was just DC's version of Silver Surfer with the Infinity Gauntlet.
But Marvel copies DC sooooo no
Somehow i don't see the resemblance.
.... the way you compare iron man and batman is so irrelevant and doesn't even make sense.
shut the fuck up!
I just forgot that because this is the internet, that if you don't put "lol" in your comment, people get offended.
human torch would beat him
Even Pyro would beat him.
How can human torch win against him lol
no. not in million years
+Deidara the fear of fire is MMH weakness
+Deidara Martian Manhunter's weakness is fire
The 3 most powerful mainstream superheroes are Martian Manhunter, the Flash, and the Hulk easy.
Superman?
Hulk is probably like the 105th most powerful being in his universe maybe even higher like 200,unless you mean world breaker.
Captain Atom
+anawesomechannel he doesn't count. His power is whatever the writers say it is. He's an ideal not a hero.
no, the hulk, not even close. Enough heat will eventually vaporize him, or you can outlive him, or just pull the hulk out of banner. Phantom zone works to... Also, he wouldnt manouver well in space. Freezing...
if the entire Justice League and Hulk had a child 😂
I need to read comics. The power scales are so crazy!! Even crazier than anime. the best we got is goku and saitama.
Could super man beat saitama
yes
Yes
+Thelatino fat
probably not
+Hayden Roberts I believe he can
he is not. the spectre is the most powerful
Isn't it Presence then lucifer/Michael?
+Paora simon but they are not heros
there are SO many beings thousands of times stronger than him
+Demonic Overlord who you talking about
you want me to give you examples?
After hearing this the Batman laughs his way to become... The Darkest Knight!
how to beat martian manhunter. light a match.
Supe's not meant to lose? Then why did he die in BVS?
Killa-King Kong horrible writing.
Parallax77. Why? He died in thw comics too.
Superman isn't the strongest DC character, he got beat by Batman & Darkseid
note "hero" darkseid is a villian and also just like thanos a teambuster
The closes thing to the title "Strongest/Most Powerful Hero" is Fate. Yes, Doctor Fate.
Revon Legion Dr Manhattan wins by a long shot, sweetheart
Does anyone remember that super man also has telepathic powers
Wasn’t that like an older version of Superman or something, also Martian man hunters mind hax are just flat out insane
He's not in the top 5 he's in the top 2 lol
superman prime vs Dr. Manattan
Superman isn't the most powerful superhero.
Night Prowler fuck off you marvel fucboy
A Man Trying To Love Marvel And Dc but it's true Martian Manhunter is more powerful than Superman same can be said for doctor fate and other heroes
Night Prowler then who
A Man Trying To Love Marvel And Dc but it’s fucking true he isn’t the most powerful
Night Prowler SUPERMAN IS THE MOST ALPHAANDOMEGAPOWERFUL
Yep J'onn J'onzz was one of my all time favorites also. And it was disappointing that he was not in Justice League. But, maybe they have plans for him in the future to be there along with Green Lantern.
He's powerful until you pull out your bic lighter.
We need him back on justice league!!! Make a teen Titan movie n put cyborg back with them n Martian back with justice league
But what about M'gann? she is a white Martian wich race killed The green Martians! so that would make her more powerful.
Ragnar Lothbrok no she weaker than john beacuse hes the most powerful martian alive shes like a 4 to his 10
At best she's stronger psychologically. Which isn't actually true
they didn't wipe out the green martians that was the plague, that war was stupid anyway martians can change colour
