THE MUSIC- WHAT A FINE BAND FROM ENGLAND!!! ONE PROBLEM- IT`S VERY HARD TO FIND ON THE WEB! I BOUGHT THEIR FIRST "SELFTILTED" ALBUM IN 2003, SHORTLY AFTER ITS REALEASE IN 2002! I HAD TO WRITE SONG TITLES TO FIND THEIR MUSIC ON UA-cam , FOR EXAMPLE! THE REST INFO, EVEN WORSE! THIS ONE IS FROM THE THIRD FULL ALBUM. I GOT ABOUT 30THEIR RELEASES, INCLUDING MOST OF THEIR SINGLES, SOME DOUBLE ALBUM DIFER. VERSIONS, I THINK, IT`S BEEN YEARS NOW! 2 OR 3 LIVE DVD`S! COOL , VERY HARD TO GET STUFF!!! I WAS "MUCHO" INTO THIS BAND, VERY YOUNG GUYS, 18 MAYBE, SOMETHING LIKE THAT! IN MY OWN OPINION, THE FIRST ALBUM WAS THE BEST, THEY ALL DIFFERS FROM EACH OTHER! THIS BAND DESERVES ATTENION, BIG TIME! THEY GOT MINE FOR YEARS NOW! IT`S OTHERS TURN NOW! I ALWAYS WANTED TO SAY TIS: "YOUR VOCAL, MR. HARVEY, REMINDS ME A LOT OF BURKE SHELLEY`S VOCAL, R.I.P.,FRONTMAN FROM CULT , SPECIALLY 70-TIES ERA, HUGE BAND FROM WALES- "BUDGIE"!!! SOOO LATE TO FINALLY RECOGNIZE FOR MANY OTHERS , WHO THOSE GUYS WERE , HOW IMPORTANT ..., "PARENTS" WAS MY FIRST IN 1975! O SH*T! SORRY GUYS! I`M BACK ON THE THE RIGHT TRACK! SOME STUFF FROM THE FIRST ONE REMINDS ME OF LED ZEPPELIN, (COOL) STYLE WITH THIS MODERN BEAT, I LOVE IT! I`M A LONG TIME FAN OF YOURS! MY ONLY ADVISE TO THE OTHERS_ "GUYS, DON`T WAIST YOUR TIME, CIAP, CIAP! YO CAN THANK ME LATER AND THE WHOLE BANK, OF COURSE! GREAT! REGARDS, THOMAS(POLAND-CHICAGO). HELLO "THE MUSIC"! this band should have been so much bigger... but then again, all the music we hear that really changes something in us comes from bands like this usually. or maybe I speak for myself only :P

This is truly an underrated band!
The best band ever on this planet to date! When Robert Harvey & Co read such comments, maybe they might just start to believe about themselves what everyone keeps telling them and pick up their tools and come back and finish the job they started. If I was Robert Harvey I would be biting at the bit like a rabid dog! All those people who experienced the music know their brilliance...... Keep the name, it is what they epitomise and whom they are, without them it's 'hey Monday morning' every Monday!

They were the best of there time,most creative and hold back the tears with a jack instant memories,theres a saying from the gods how can you burn out if you were not on fire,the world will not forget the music.

Strength in numbers is their best album. Drugs was defo their best song! Feels like an unbelievably good counciling session! Feel better everytime i hear it!

The chorus is a kind of reversal in that Robert sings of abusing prescription drugs. Genius

Love the way he sings the start of this compared to the album. Love the album version just as much but it's more vocal than breath-y here.

Why the piped in backing vocals?
Styx Shyte Probably couldn’t hit those high notes consistently live. His vocals were still strong but not what they were when the started out. I think thats why certain great songs of theirs were relegated to b-side status. Some songs were really pushing his range which isn’t viable for long tours.
