Thats correct, it is not applied. Attack speed boon is better here. Have a good day/night.
@Imvmad I don't like that one I use the impairment reduction and 15 movement speed I feel like keeping distance is key for us

nice fights, try lacerate, it safes life in pvp, and you maybe need more life i'm at 118k with pvp build.
