A few years ago, I ran an outdoor rock climbing park in Thailand. Thousands of young men and women came through, and everyone had safe and fun times. There were Ukrainians and Russians (and folks from 110 other countries). One young Russian guy stood out. He was about 22 and we had a father-son sort of comeraderie. It saddens me to think he's likely dead, because Putin has sent hundreds of thousands of young Russian guys, like that, to their deaths - for no good reason.
Well, if they had enough money to travel, maybe they had enough money to get him out of Russia before the military got him.

International bodies like the UN, the International Court of Justice in The Hague and the EU were created to stop this madness. Western democracies are supporting the fight in Ukraine not because they hate the Russians, but because they see it as necessary to protect the international political system, the main idea of which is to replace war with negotiations. I am sure that there will be dictators in the future too. However, democracies must make it crystal clear that totalitarian states can no longer invade other countries without serious consequences. Local “capacities” are simply not able to cope with such a volume of work. So they are urgently sending help. According to local residents, mobile crematoriums of Italian and Swedish manufacture have arrived in Sumy - now they will do some of the work. The Kursk adventure was worth it, wasn't it?

When flying the flag, the thicker, wider white stripe nearest the flag pole should sit on the left as you look at the flag. It should sit above the red band.
