How do you integrate this with lets say: my father is getting more and more sick from dimentia, im losing him. What would you advise during all this grief and loss? My idea is: Having nice conversations with him in my head, think about our best times?
The reason why its getting worse is because you don’t believe it, you don’t believe what your saying is true. So start small, with things tht u feel are believable till to exactly what you want. I dont forget to put alot of emotion, make sure its detailed even( ur imagination)
