It just hard to stay consistent bro. There are many factors that I can explain and can not explain. I went a year and some change eating clean, fasting 16-18 hours a day and most of the time eating only 1 or two meals and felt great. I fell off about 4 months and I'm trying to get back on track. I think bad food is like drugs, once you try it your mind craves it. Its just not easy but the benefits of eating health is real!
