Probably my favorite thing about the Tu-95 is how it uses propellers to fly. My favorite planes are the bombers using 4 propellers, like the Tu-95! I think it looks cool, and it also creates less thermal energy :p

The TU-95 "Bear" is truly a beast, not only was the bomber way ahead of its time with its impressive technologie but it surpassed many other bombers capabilities at its time, being able to conduct multiple tasks and in any kind of weather at various long ranges, being able to carry a large amount of any kind of weaponry and with its interesting design the bomber was not so hard to maintain and produce, Yet to this day it still manages to keep up the competition against other more modern bombers is proves that Tupelov Industries had done a great job on making aircrafts. I do wish we actually got the Tsar Bomba for the bomber but oh well im sure it will still pack a punch in the battlefield!

The funny thing about this aircraft was some of it were converted into airliners with the first one being Khrushchev's personal aircraft because he wanted to show face with the West. With large modification with the fuselage, stabilizers and only the engines and wings kept intact beside being retrofitted with new flaps, it worked exceptionally well with little if not none incident was recorded

What I really like about the Tu-95 is the fact that Kuznetsov NK-12 engines create a unique sound that has been dubbed the "sound of terror." Also, I like how the bomber is still the fastest propeller-driven aircraft to this day. It really speaks to just how innovative and timeless its design is. Его дальность полета, позволяет огибать практически весь земной шар, и атаковать цели из любой точки мира. Ракеты тип Х-22 отлично проходят практически любую оборону, особенно на слабо защищенных линиях. К тому же ремонт и обслуживание бомбардировщиков Ту 95, является не таким дорогостоящим, в отличие от бомбардировщиков того же типа. Единственное что можно подчеркнуть как его минус, это низкая скорость полета, и отсутствие стелса, что вообще явление проблемой российских стратегических бомбардировщиков. Но тем не менее дальность полета, возможность ношения сверхтяжелого вооружения, использование ядерного оружия, и достаточно низкая стоимость обслуживания, легко удерживает ту 95 в списке самых потенциально мощных бомбардировщиков мира.

Мне 4 раза доводилось побывать рядом с этим монтром и несколько раз даже заглянуть в кабину пилотов, так вооот звук слышно за несколько десятков км, ни один турбопроп не сравнится с этим звуком, ан12 в никакое сравнение не идет с нк12 на мишке, на впп звук такой что и в наушниках становится не очень, не за счет громкости звука, а из-за того что низкочастотные акустические вибрации насколько мощны, что внутренние органы начинают вибрировать и ты это чувствуешь, а еще он очень не прихотлив, если исключить планетарный редуктор нк12, на удивление он сильно громче, чем ту160, со своими нк32, и ту22, в плане боевого использования мишка наверное самый универсальный и самое главное полезный стратег (на мой взгляд), просто за счет того что дешев в использовании и в состоянии нести такое же вооружение что и его старшие собраться, аналогично собственно с b52, те самые старые работяги, самые старые и пока что самые эффективные, с точки зрения экономики в случае полномасштабного применения. Это просто очень хороший самолет, а после встречи с ним забыть те ощущения трудновато. Большая любовь этому умудренному многолетним опытом мишке.
