Jason if you put some anchor points on the top of your hill then with a block and tackle system you could easily pull the chicken tractors up the hill. After you where at the top you could let it back down again and switch to a new anchor point. Use mechanical advantage to your benefit.
So wonderful watching your homestead grow now you need to buy a beehive so your beautiful wife can make all kinds of wonderful things. The bees 🐝 are very good at boosting your garden also.
WHY was your peg gate at the top of the pen??? Make the line as straight and direct as possible: A to B. Maybe someone else has suggested this but I had to say it. I know how anxious you are about walking the pigs. Don;t make it hard on yourself! Make It Simple Stupid is the name of the game. Animals always can beat us at our game. Glad that you had a feed bucket and they were obviously hungry. That's 1 for your team! Good going.
I am so proud of you Jason and of the family as a whole💕. You are a wonderful family and an inspiration to us all. God bless and keep you all safe and prosperous❣️
I LOVE 🐖 brothers 🐖. They need to RUN AROUND. Not just sit and eat I guess. They wanted pig work out. That wss cute. One layed in his food. LOVE HUG PRAYERS FROM MICHIGAN. SHALOM. Time to chilli
🐥🐖🐥🐖. What an awesome day you had. Yep “scrappy” is a good name cus that new chicken trough will work so well and didn’t fill your day building it. That’s the way all projects should be....EASY! Those Brothers will follow you to the moon and back. You handle that move like you’ve always done it. Happy pigs 🐖🐖 means a happy farmer. Spray water on that creeping vine and they’ll have a place to furrow in and stay cool. Have they had a friendly zap yet? Everything is looking good and getting everyone to work for you will be so much better. Good workers are hard to find when money is limited. Sure looks like there’s more land than what you say cus you’ve made a plan from dreams and just look at it now..... beautiful!!! So impressed even with what you’re harvesting now. Let’s hope another cold snap doesn’t come in. Stay safe 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
The pigs were so cute to watch as you lead them like a pied piper! The chicks are happy to be free from their tractors. The new chicken trough is working nicely. Vat Ke Care. God Bless
Very nice, Jason and Lorraine. The Brothers are in hog heaven. Y'all are so awesome to watch. Just getting better with each video..Only great things in the future...
Jason: “We’re using the chickens to help heal the ground by pooping on it.” It’s 5:00 a.m. and I’m literally LOL. Thanks, Jason! Lorraine, I have faith in Jason’s pig wrangling, but it was a little breath-holding worthy! The brothers are looking awesome! You are making their time on earth so wonderful. Love that quick ‘n dirty feed trough.
Hey Jason! I 💖💖💖 the BROTHERS! Everything about them. They are getting big. Please feature more of them. They must be in hog heaven now. Out in the sunshine, rolling in the dirt. Eating the bush. They were wagging their tails. I know they are destined for the freezer. I'm going to hate that day. Do you ever think of keeping a pig as a mascot? Lorraine, those turnips look devine. I'd eat one peaked with a touch of salt, uncooked. Yum!
Thats what happens when you comment before end of video 🤣🤣Try dumping the brothers food ontop of the bush.. Nice east quick feeder👍👍👍 Have a good evening 🌻🌻🌻
Have to say the 1 1:3 acres looks larger on camera. Got a much better idea of your slope conditions today. Totally in love with the chicken with a black pompon on its head.
Hi Jason n Lorraine Wow those chickens are growing, the pigs seem to be happy in there new home Love the dirty chicken feeders Your garden is really beautiful Ty for sharing
My grandpa raised cows in the Ozarks around Branson (severe hills). He always said a smart shopper would buy the downhill half of the cow since it was taller.
Jason for the safety of the chickens on the coup try electrifying it. the chickens will stay away from the sides of the coup and any predators coming close gets shocked and NO fence needed to install around the coup
I'm loving your place❣️👍 you've come a long way in just a few years. It's so awesome ❗❗❗ I got some laying hens and a straight run of which I think I have three Rhode Island Roosters...ohoh... And I saw a fox recently and my neighbors told me there's a fox with Cubs in rocks near his house that comes on their porch and drinks from their spring.... Good grief. She's a gorgeous animal and I hope shell be happy with the frogs in the pond and the squirrels in the trees and leave my chickens be😕😲👍 hope for the best. Love my chickens ❣️👍
Just started watching your channel. I am thinking of buying Land here in the Philippines. And I want a Hobby farm. Just a few pigs and chickens. No more. Just to keep me busy in my retirement. Really enjoying your videos. Thank you Tony and my Filipina wife. Ellen .
Pigs 🐖🐖act like they have found Heaven on Earth with green grass & dirt 😂 Happy Memorial weekend Jason Lorraine & Penelope 🇺🇸✨🇺🇸✨🇺🇸✨🇺🇸✨🌭🥤🍟🍔 be safe Guys
Jason, you did good letting nature work to heal that chicken! Chickens are really hardy most of the time. I have lost some layers to egg binding. Is that the extra potatoes you have going in their area? Cool. We plant field peas in our pens in preparation for our pigs. Then they have stuff to work on again. We are like you, two pigs at a time. It was so fun watching you move them! Nice job!
I grew up sucking the honey out of honeysuckle and fought with my brother to get them all. You should replant of few, if there is any left they grow great up the side of a shed. Great job with the piggies. : ) peace
Your bacon seeds are so fat and happy.......A couple of days and they will have the whole little area rooted up for you. Your feeder was awesome. We made pig troughs the same way basically but with plastic barrels. I like troughs better than store bought feeders.......cheaper and easier to clean. Thanks for sharing.
Such a cute little farm. Penelope seems like Fern in The Animal Farm story. Lol Every time you look into the camera from below I see Nicolas Cage. I can’t remember the movie that comes to mind. I think it’s your eyes! Lol
Modern ways may be best, but requires more work and expense. Our pig pen never was moved for 20 plus years. Chicken house cleaned out before planting and stayed in same spot same time. (Parents deceased, most of us sold off our share, today none is farmed. Many houses got put up instead.)
You are so funny with your chickens or ducks. I have two hens and one is a buff Orpington (blondie or momma) the other is somewhat younger and I call her baby or little miss. They used to be scared of me and my husband. But now they cluck softly when we approach their pen. And yes we just saved them from a very bold fox.
Pigs are so smart. They are used to your voice, and they are thinking food, food, food. Yum yum. I am glad they didn't touch the fence. Very smart.
Those chicken are pretty
Gardentip = Love your plants!
those pigs are working
Wow the brothers are huge 😊
What Elroy said is a good idea...
Made it look easy 💚🌱💚
Happy Pigs Make Happy Pork Chops!😊🐖🐖
Those pigs are my favorites that I've seen, they have the cuties rounded butts!
Pig heaven!
I love the drone shots. Thank you. And a big thank you for being brave and sharing your journey with us. I am inspired.
Jason if you put some anchor points on the top of your hill then with a block and tackle system you could easily pull the chicken tractors up the hill. After you where at the top you could let it back down again and switch to a new anchor point. Use mechanical advantage to your benefit.
Great job
What a great trough. Not down and dirty, but down to earth. Cheap, easy and already supplied on your homestead. Great design.
So wonderful watching your homestead grow now you need to buy a beehive so your beautiful wife can make all kinds of wonderful things. The bees 🐝 are very good at boosting your garden also.
Spray water in the bushes to encourage them to dig and wallow.
great idea
Oh yeah. Piggie Disneyland.
I love watching Jason as he so fully enjoys working with the pigs

Love watching you guys raise the pigs. Thank you for sharing.
My grandpa raised cows in the Ozarks around Branson (severe hills). He always said a smart shopper would buy the downhill half of the cow since it was taller.
I have watched this like 20 times cause I love that Music with the whistling,LOL
Jason for the safety of the chickens on the coup try electrifying it. the chickens will stay away from the sides of the coup and any predators coming close gets shocked and NO fence needed to install around the coup
Awesome job 👏👏. I love how y’all care for your animals 🥰🥰
I would chalk the pigs following the bucket. A success!. Big Thumbs up
Ducks are so funny, their walk, noises etc. Just entertaining little critters to watch. Did you hear any of the pigs get shocked the first day?
We just put out deposit down on 2 feeders and 1 registerable gilt American Guinea Hogs. Very excited for them!
Great job with the pigs guys. You are getting better and better at it 👏👏👏
Keep up the good work
God bless you
Loving the drone shots, so awesome! Those are the happiest pigs I've ever seen! Happy healthy bacon yeah!
You need to buy a little corn for moving days. It will rattle nicely and keep the pigs attention.
That's a pretty smart chicken feeder Jason! LOL! "Cuz sometimes I just like to be scrappy" We'll call you scrappy Do!
Those are some good looking pigs, you all have done a great job!
Glad the victim chicken is doing well!!

"Keepn it Quick and Dirty"
New t-shirt idea? Haha ❤👕
Hi my friend, about your pigs , yes it is better if the pigs go to town on grass instead of on the highway.
Just started watching your channel. I am thinking of buying Land here in the Philippines. And I want a Hobby farm. Just a few pigs and chickens. No more. Just to keep me busy in my retirement. Really enjoying your videos. Thank you Tony and my Filipina wife. Ellen

Great changes!! The pigs look so much happier!
Loved the video🐓🐖♥️
Keep the good stuff coming thanks
Could you rearrange the fence so the opening is closer to their pen? Maybe sit their shelter on the bush? Love to see your progress.

Liked and appreciated construction and agriculture content.
Love how your little farm is growing! Just beautiful!
the brothers are great, they're obedient and you train them well "bravura"❤️😎🤠
I grew up sucking the honey out of honeysuckle and fought with my brother to get them all. You should replant of few, if there is any left they grow great up the side of a shed. Great job with the piggies. : ) peace
Yay! I was scared for you guys, kept saying through the screen, “come on brothers”, glad they followed you Jason!🐷

You guys are sooo blessed!!!!....godspeed!!!!
Was Enjoyable to watch.
Ever thought about buying a small pond pump to drain your water down to move it?
Modern ways may be best, but requires more work and expense. Our pig pen never was moved for 20 plus years. Chicken house cleaned out before planting and stayed in same spot same time.

I'm happy 🐣 healed up just fine!
