Licensing is just another govt cartel device. A good tradesman can compete on his own merits; he doesn't need the force of a trade monopoly to keep himself in business. A license will never make an untrustworthy carpenter honest, or an ignorant carpenter wise. It will only keep you on the good ("legal") side of the cartel.
Really well done, covers the points you really need to SEE before plunking down the premium price Festool demands. Kreg's easy to listen to and has a credible presence that doesn't interfere with seeing the tool.
Oh please... the Dewalt stand is a piece of junk compared to this Festool stand. But again, it's slightly..ha..ha... cheaper. Festool bashers crap me up... we all buy what we want and can afford. I can buy cheap guns as well... but I don't. I work hard and save my money to buy the quality I want. We are all different. In my yacht service business we used only Snap-On, and it paid huge dividends. Better for all of us to get out there and get it done with whatever you can afford... beats the hell out of the HGTV dreamers that just sit on their couch and watch... kudoes... to all of us no matter what you can afford.
This stand looks a little bit too involved to set up. For speed, it looks terrible considering everything else festool do is so well thought out. The extenders look like a right pain in the arse. The kapex fits on the dewalt sliding stand no problem. My advice is to get the dewalt stand. Much better for ease of use and speedy set up/set downs. For instance when you're outside and it starts pissing it down.
You missed your calling doing voices for cartoons

thank you
poor stand
Have watched several reviews on this product... this one is really lame. Very general in nature. Keep watching if you’re still undecided.

Nice job Kreg.
you are not using the wing clamps correctly, they fix underneath lower down under the larger area for a more stable fix
Enough about you. Now, what did you think of the video?
Hear hear. It's good (safe) to stay legal.
You aren't a fooking karpenter, you're a fooking klown!
