@CoconuTacha Hun I would watermarks all your images that are on public display with your name ( CoconuTacha ) Writen all over the images.. make it harder for them to copy.. As for evidence the date should be all that's needed.. because if they ask the other person (whos stolen your image )for proof of date they won't be able to produce a date before your date... doesn't matter if they try and change a date because the image itself can't lie.. a date is imbedded into the image you created...
This is what I was thinking too. I think you can create a watermark that is only seen when someone tries to print or copy & paste it.

I am so sorry by the temu bs. All those sites are such scams and it’s something that really scares me as I grow 😞
I’d also even be careful sending images to those people because they could use them in thumbnails to scam more. I’m so sorry you’ve been through that and continue to have to deal with it. I wish there was a way we could lock our images and prevent them from being screen grabbed.

It always starts with Trademark. Watermarking is one way. Your designs and logo. Let's not be lazy people. Your value is so precious to your business and reputation and trust of customers. its your company or business. I understand that people don't always know where to go but if your in the UK its all is on Gov. UK which shows you all the legalities and your responsibility. A local library will teach you for free if you sign up for classes which are free. A solicitor will do the rest. I understand that not everyone can afford a solicitor. The Intellectual property office has free information.
