One thing I forget to tell you in the video is if you want your hair to grow with any type of "locked in" extensions I would only recommend getting hand tied extensions which is a sew in method. If you find someone who specializes in this method your hair will grow. I say find someone who specializes in it because they have to know how to even distribute the weight of the wefts( hair) so it's not pulling on your natural hair. I do not recommend tape in's, personally I think that's the worse method out of all of them, your hair is always being pulled out during the removal process & glue from the tape stays in your hair. I think they are ok if you have them in for a short time like a week but still hate everything about them but that just my opinion, if you love them keep doing you.

So I ordered the Zala extensions after I watched this. They. Are. Fabulous! Got the same shade she describes here, Rich Mocha Brown. I have dark cherry hair, but it's further brightened by a special shampoo & conditioner that I use. So the effect is the dark cherry on top, dark mocha brown underneath. These extensions blend beautifully with my natural, tinted hair. If you're unsure about what length to order, I recommend that you order at least the 26 " because you can always trim them yourself (watch a YT vid to learn how!). @Kish1006 that is so true, I had a similar situation to chemical cut, it was my hair falling out over time but the end result was super traumatic for me. I actually felt very emotional when Nicole was talking about her experience. It took so long for my hair to grow back to a length I was happy with. 😊💕

Thank you! I used to have the most luscious beautiful hair but over the years due to stress, mental illness and trauma, my hair has been falling out since I was 15. It’s traumatic and only stresses me out more. It made me so insecure and it still is something I struggle with.

Olaplex no.3 is amazing! As a hairstylist and someone who was nearly platinum blonde, I dealt with a lot of damage and dryness. The bottle says apply to dampened hair for 10 or so minutes then shampoo and condition as usual. I used to leave it in over night and sometimes double apply it. It really makes a difference in the porosity of your hair ( how well it absorbs moisture)and the strengthening the hair cuticle (each individual strand)!!

I’m going through the exact same hair journey as you! I had permanent extensions for 4 YEARS! I never would have taken them out if it wasn’t for corona. For those who are using olaplex number 3 you put it on your hair BEFORE you shampoo and condition your hair but it’s is used best when your scalp is clean so use a clarifying shampoo and then towel dry your hair out the no. 3 in there, let it set, and then shampoo and condition your hair. Just like all hair products it is used best with its other products in the line. I highly recommend it to those who want very healthy weightless hair!
