    Absolutely cannot wait to try this! One of the coolest base Ideas I think I've ever seen for sure.

    Great bases , music was a bit irritating, but respect for the skill.

    Those look GREAT!! I'm a new painter, so I have little experience at this point. Your initial cork rocks looked pretty awesome, too. It seemed like you added SO many colors, a base color, 3 dry brush colors, and 2 wash colors to the rocks. It's a little hard to tell in the video, but does the "extra" dry brush color & extra wash make a significant difference in the final appearance?
    If I had been doing these, I would have just done a base coat, a single heavier dry brush, and that final light grey dry brush. And only one wash over it, if I used a wash at all. It just wouldn't have occured to me to do extra colors steps in the dry brushing and wash application. I'm glad I saw this, it will improve my "regular" rock bases, too!! Thanks!😁

    Awesome recipe! Very easy to execute as well.
    I wonder if you could use those clear rubber feet people put on shelves and stuff to make a "transparent" looking bubble?

    I would like it to be a bit more transparent, does that work if you take less colour?

      It's well deserved 😄 how did you make the green slim ? 1 part ochre 1 part green and 2 part medium ?

    • @weshammer
      @weshammer 4 роки тому

      @@yvesrenard9793 honestly probably 2 or 3 parts ochre. a little green goes a long way so just mix a little bit in at a time till you get the color you want :) you can always add more green, but having to add more ochre to balance it out will be a big pain.

      If I remember correctly, they were some extra left over bits from the skeleton troops box from Mantic. I bought their undead mega collection thing for Kings of war

    Great content, but not a fan of the cheesy knockoff hiphop track.
