- Join me on a journey to the enchanting Wright Mills Farm, where I unleashed the power of music with my Pioneer DDJ SR2 and Algoriddim DJ Pro AI on the iPad. The magic of this remote location perfectly complemented the flawless beats that filled the air. My newfound love for iPad DJing shone bright, giving me the freedom to curate playlists on the fly and keep the dancefloor alive.
But that's not all - the RCF Evox 12 in white took the soundscape to a whole new level. With its remarkable portability and incredible sound quality, it's the ultimate choice for any mobile DJ. And let's not forget the showstopper: my custom DJ booth perched atop Rockville RTP Go totems, creating a unique and eye-catching setup that set the tone for the night.
The ceremony was a harmonious blend of sound, with an Evolve 50 powered by a battery and skillfully managed through a Yamaha MG10XU mixer. A live band added an extra layer of musical delight, making the event truly exceptional.
A special shoutout to Ape Labs lights for adding the perfect touch of ambience. While I wish I had brought more lights for the dancefloor, the energy and excitement of the crowd more than made up for it.

These are the new Rockville RTP GO…I have the original versions. These go just as high but could be compressed much lower…I have a video comparing the 2 on my channel

So what makes you choose to bring out the pioneer SR2 vs the Rane One setup?
Love both…in fact tbh, like the rane one better but the ddj sr2 sounds better imho with Algoriddim Djay Pro..,I have since dusted off the SX2 as well which is fully supported.
I still highly recommend the Rane One if Serato is your go to software
So you’re really liking Djay? I’ve had it for years but have yet to use it as my main dj software. I practice with it occasionally. I like to be familiar with other options just in case.
@@jdavis8460 I was the same. I used it for years for my ceremony but not my main rig. I’ve recently tested it out to gain the benefits of using the iPad which to me is worth all the effort and changes.
Working with the IPad has allowed me to work on my music and crates anywhere which has unlock some creativity.

Djay pro on iPad is awesome isn’t it? Been using it for 5 years and a lot of Dj’s looked at me strange for using my iPad 12.9.
I’ve been using it for a while now as well…wish more controllers were supported on iOS tho

Pros for DJAY Pro: mobility, flexibility, can use across phone, iPad, laptops and cons: limited hardware support
why downgrade to the SR2?
