Was just sent this video by a coworker and was told that I'm in it. That's me working tower in the early part of the video. Saw my house a little after 13:10 too, great videos. Keep it up.
"aww shit, you lost the engine dude" 🤣 Lester is the best
"I felt you on the controls" " I'm not on the controls"!!!
@@dabneyoffermein595 He was lol, naughty Lester.
(unless he thinks the collective is not a control lmao)
@@MSFSFreeware ha, indeed.
Lester has soft eyes ! He comes across a hard task master but he’s really a softy & a good flight instructor !
The camera shoots on the outside of the helicopter were outstanding, especially when you rotated it !
Hey Mover,
Shit Hot training flight! Particularly nice job when Lester simulated engine failure on short final & after handling that “textbook”, you trumped his situational awareness with your tally on the two other aircraft in the pattern! But the best part of that video was your comment on shutdown about flying fighters: “it’s single seat; nobody’s watching me...” How lucky were we!?
And again, Brother, I thoroughly enjoyed recounting my USAF adventures with you on Monday & am thrilled with the positive feedback from your viewers!
#ATTACK!
Shanghai
Congratz Lester on your instrument rating!
Lester checking out that aircraft while it is warming up. Priceless. He trusts it.
Lester ROCKIN his Mover gift T-shirt in this video!!! Love it!
LOVE the skid cam, looks amazing!
We watching all of your Videos, we love your mover ruins movies Episodes. We are really your Fans, you doing great, thank you so much for your videos. Greetings from Germany the Pilots Tek and Colt god bless you, bye
Very nice session Major! You and Lester make a good team.
Mover thanks again for taking us along. Enjoy watching your progression. Congrats on the IFR Lester!
Good to see Lester again in the videos
After seeing the last one, and seeing how Lester gave a damn about what you carried away with you after the lesson ... you do have a damned good instructor. An Army instructor would have thrown his helmet at you. Just kidding.
You and Lester mesh very well!
Stunning weather! Glad Lester is wearing your shirt Mover. What a great day to fly! Nice skid cam shots. Great to see you flying. Mover Lester taught you well on the clear, clear, clear!
Skid cam is NICE! The production value is skyrocketing, if they ever need someone to do the aerial filming of Top Gun 3 or when they inevitably remake Iron Eagle, they need to give you a call. The skid cam shot over the causeway looked like it could have been from True Lies going down A1A, it also really made me miss the causeway. Great flying dude, you can tell Lester is proud.
Skid video is a great addition.....
Mover lol we love u man this is gonna be a long comment sorry so u dont have to reply its 4 u and Lester... That was text book i love it u actually go thru this with us
Can we have Lester as a guest on your channel maybe? even a live with Q & A one day goin over your previous training? would be fun, i just think it would be interesting since we are kind of along 4 the ride and invested in you both... in a non creepy way even tho its a bit weird i quess
u and Lester are funny thats why i like good sense of humor even under stress
is it annoying talking to each other with traffic in the radio?
can we see u take Lester up in a jet one day????!!!
much respect to u both and dont let him off easy Lester!
also do these videos make the fighter jets f18/16 etc pissed u not with them anymore? u bad ass man they must be missing u!!!!!!!
Congrats on the Instrument Rating Lester! Just passed my IPC a couple of days ago over at KHDC! Had to knock off 7 years of rust first! Commercial checkride is next! Safe Flying!
really enjoying your journey with the helicopter training
Congrats Lester!!!
Skidcam for the win!
Lester got your shirt on, great flying, was one really long bridge you flew along.... impressive 🇺🇸👍🏻
Solid video🚁. Ask Lester about using a little slip during the auto to help avoid overshooting your spot. It can be useful.
That’s awesome - living your best life.
Love seeing this - congrats and well earned.
Skid Cam is a great addition, what a beautiful scenery. Hope it doesn't add much drag xD. Also what is the fluid @ 8:01 ?
prob condensation drain from the environmental control unit (Air Conditioner)
Love the open you came up with for the helicopter vlogs. The theme song reminds me of the TV show Airwolf
@Hello James how are you doing?
airwolf-ish ;-)
Really like the intro Music reminded me of the old Airwolf T.V. show. That's a keeper. The Helo shots were awesome, thanks.
Doing amazing Mover! Keep it up!
Top man don't let a minor mishap hurt your soul..we are all with you through thick and thin..
I like the new intro with your name and Lester’s. 👍
Hey Mover looks great. Glad to see you back flying. I've been out of the loop for a while so haven't followed your videos. Sent you some information yesterday about the ACE program here in Mesa Az. This company both 29 Israeli F-16 a and b blocks to perform air to air combat with Air Force and Marines/Navy pilots. They are going to be based here at the Mesa/Gateways airport which use to be Williams AFB. Chandler. It will be good to see fighter's in the pattern again.
There you go See Dubbya! That was an awesome flight!
Great vid and enjoyed the Air Wolf style intro music.
Love the external view!
Hitting all the numbers today. Way to go.
So cool to see southern Louisiana like that! Kudos!
I love the control setup in the Robinson, it's like it was made for teaching
wow with the shake of the skid the camera is very stable.. great footage CWL
Envious wannabe pilot here ... did two fixed wing and one rotor lesson. Honestly, the helo lesson scared me ... lots more hands on controls in my opinion. Now retired, it comes down to a financial aspect that I cannot justify much less afford. For now. Keep up the dedication, inspiration, great videos and advice. Thank you!
Love seeing the scenery especially since it’s a frozen tundra still in Wisconsin
Can see your flying getting smoother every time. The R-44 is a better machine for sure. Lots of parts doing their thing to beat the air into submission 😜
Flying over my hometown in Mandeville! Love it!
New camera angle is ELITE!!!
Great flying there Mover! Fantastic video.
Love that AirWolf esc into 👌🏽
Loving the new camera angles! Really great video quality on this episode too!
Good video shots and a Beautiful day to fly
Thanks for taking us along on the flight. The new camera was awesome! Now if I could only find a way to log this as Dual in my log book..........
What a nice day to fly excellent
Loving the skid camera angles.
Love the theme song
ATC seems to be really accommodating there. That's got to be helpful.
@Hello Bill how are you doing?
It's always fun to work a good mix of traffic there.
Oh yeah and I Love skid cam
C'mon Mover! You got this! I can see you dwelling on the last flight, keep going. You can do it! 😀👌♥
Love the skid camera and the one between you so we can see the instruments and where you’re going!
I remember the first time I flew in a helicopter I was around 14 and I loved it but not as much fun as flying with the war birds in the awesome B-25 Mitchell to another state for a air show I was so lucky a highlight of my life another great video mover you are doing outstanding with your lessons.
Great weather for this flight and great videos. If you had turned a bit harder left when you reached the end of the twin span, you would’ve flown over my house! Hope you have as good a flight next time as you did this time. It was awesome! Have a good weekend brother and don’t try any right turns on the Causeway. (Bill from Slidell)
Love the Airwolf inspired into! Keep em spinning!!
Also i watch the lightning strike video over and over, that's one of your crazy best story's !!!!
u tell it so well. What would it be like in a helicopter hit by lightning ??!
LOVE the right skid view
Nice. Good job Mover...
you're the man.
Good one man👍 good flight.
I really like these videos. You hold a fixed wing ATP so I am curious will this add on be a private or commercial? It is always inspiring to see people adding rating now both you and Lester are doing it.
The new camera is cool.
Nice tunes, reminds me of Airwolf.
That starboard skid sure has some shimmy in her!! :-)
Nailed the landing at the end! Way to shake out the bad landing from last time.
Edit: I have a class B driver's license. Training to drive bus was such fun, but there were days that I had awful sessions. Like Lester said, you'll bounce one every once in a while. It keeps you honest.
I had the same things going on when I was learning to drive heavy trucks, and ride motorcycles.
I give this video 5 TOMCATS!
+1 TOMCAT!

New video. Awesomeness!!!!
New video...awesomeness
watched you and kozmo fly in dcs pretty neat thanks
Love "SkidCam" Mover! And always appreciate the candor.
He added it to the weight and balance form F
Mover, you're making me homesick with these, especially coming through Metry on da Causeway, brah.
Great stuff!
Should have landed in Slidell then Abita Spring.
You must really trust the skid mount. Cracking View from that cam.
It’s a solid mount designed for this application.
:) if in doubt, use zip-ties
@@somethingsomeonesaid6455 Nah... duct tape!
good stuff mover
Hey C.W., Ask Lester when he is going to let go of the controls! LOL. He Guards the Cyclic like an EAGLE.
Discussed at the end of the video, actually.
@@CWLemoine Ask Lester if he will allow you to hold the throttle at idle (as you are not conducting touch down autorotations, there is no requirement to hold the throttle into the lower overtravel spring) and then, Lester can relinquish a lot of the grip he appartantly has on the collective, and you should not feel that the controls are restricted or being adjusted...
Solo soon!
Good to see you getting out of the pattern. Not a fan of flying around based on gouges....
The scenery is so familiar you ever operate out of Hammond Air Port? I am here in Hammond sure would like to have a drink.
i wish i was not disable i would get chopper license i thank they are the best aircraft ever.
Spendy A/C to fly though David.
Last I knew Lester was injured in an accident and you were going to have to find some where else to complete your training. What have I missed?
An update video in between.
Make airwolf proud.
4:15 Hearing about the concrete sinking out of level reminds me of the taxiway collapsing under a Bristow S-76 at New Iberia in the last year or two.
Like the camera on the outside, can feel the vibration sitting in the chair in front of my computer. One question, when you guys were following the highway out over the water. If the engine quits do you try to land on the road or put it in the water?
Hey Mover, did that auto you did with Casmo in DCS help with your practice? Lol
Ya done good. 👍😉🙃
Hi C. W., love your videos. But you should be careful, in the 1,50 minutes in the video, we can see your code password in your tablet.
😂 I guess that would be an issue if anyone ever stole that iPad.
@@CWLemoine 😁😁😁😁
Ayy check Lester out with his sexy C.W. Lemoine merch! 😅😀😀👌👌👌
1:06 Oh great, you installed an F4 view camera now :) #dcsthings
TOMCATS! Greetings from Russia! Agrrrchhh ))))
dang
I was hoping that you had posted a new Vlog today.
Gotta get u a helmet when you get your license
Wondering if you saw the report of the mishap at KPAM today...?
That bridge is creepy af, no way I’d drive on that, lol.
What got me was the part where it looks like it has some exits that just go straight to the water :D
That confined area question was oddly specific. Has Mover bought the land already...
Nah, they won't sell. And it would probably be close to $1M if they did. I was just curious. Would love to own it.
@@CWLemoine
Yeah looks wonderful, and why pay rent on a hanger you have to drive to when you could walk to the one you own instead? Time to sell some more books! Also thanks for the reply, great video and smooth flying, congratulations.
Just did a very rough measurement on GM out of curiosity that resulted in ~17500m³. For ~1M that'd be less than 60 per m³ - which literally would be cheap as F here in Germany. Prices for a property ten times that aren't unusual at all... :D
Is this for fun, or do you have commercial aspirations?
